- The hotel and staff was wonderful, they even washed my clothes without being asked to do so. Room was clean and quiet and it is amazing that you can use the local gym for free if you spend a night here. The grocery store was 10 min walk and the pharmacy is right next door. The steakhouse that's attached to the hotel is reasonably priced and serve great food. Also there are 4 electric car chargers.

- I understand that Swedish and American people are ok with the drip coffee, but other nations not so much. The place would be literally perfect if they invested in a good espresso machine for breakfast which was otherwise a great selection.
- The rooms located along a very long corridor, everytime someone passed the room one could hear them. Seemed to be a problem with the construction of the corridor floor.
- The minibar selection. The lack of phone in room to order room service. The room door did not close all the way, leaving it beeping. The design of the bathroom. The big pic of the forest. The art in the corridors.
