Skagen Strand Holiday Center

There were many school trips that week so we got an upgrade to one of the nicest house, which was very comfy, and with a fully stacked kitchen. All was clean and practical. The price we paid would have been excessive for the house I initially booked, but felt right for the comfy house.

We did not manage to make ten microwave work despite trying all the buttons in different order.

1. Great location near the beach, Skagen center, and Grenen.2. Enjoyable amenities like swimming pool and sauna.

1. Numerous hidden charges (bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating).2. No toiletries provided.3. Lack of upfront communication about extra costs.4. High price not justified by the added fees.Suggestion to Management: If additional charges for essentials like bed linen, towels, water, electricity, and heating are mandatory, it would be much more transparent and customer-friendly to clearly communicate these costs during the booking process. This helps guests avoid unpleasant surprises at checkout and ensures a more positive overall experience.

The structure is a holiday center equipped with many services for use by guests. We stayed just a couple of nights using the apartment as a base for visiting northern Denmark. However, it was pleasant to be able to use the included services such as swimming pool, mini golf and playground for children. Spacious and functional apartment.

The reception closes at 4pm. For any needs, remember to contact them first. The linen rented from them is threadbare from numerous washes. During our stay there were numerous groups of students present which made it difficult to use the common areas, saturating them.

Perfect accommodation! Way over the Center Parks chain . Everyone super friendly, close to the beach, nice facilities overall with no extra costs

we had two houses next to each other as we had booked 2 so was pleased with being next to each other.

Parking a bit of walking distance for my older mother who has a disability and doesn't walk well. We tried to walk to the beach but seemed many km and in the end turned around so actually never managed to walk to the nearby beach. I was a little surprised had to pay extra for linen and towel packages but overall our 2 families had a pretty good time, rest had to to do with cold and rainy weather which is just a lovely Danish summer

Quiet, nicely tended grounds. Comfortable and good sized beds for all guests.

Restaurant "temporarily closed." Not stated clear enough especially as there are absolutely NO cafés or restaurants or shops ANYwhere near Neither was the fact that you pay for water, electicity and toilet paper made clear at booking!!

It was clean and spacious. Children loved the top room. As it was 0C when we arrived the house was warm and it was so nice and thoughtful. The facilities are incredible, the swimming pool, sauna , steam rooms we all loved it. Children also enjoyed the bauble trampoline and table tennis . In summer , it must be a haven place for children. They both want to come back again.

The staff was very frindly. There are a lot of activities to do with children. The kithen was well equiped and the terrace was lovely. The playgrounds are nice, both the outside and inside ones

The stairs are very steep and the railing on the seccond floor is very dangerouse for small children due to the horisontal rails easy to climb and also all the furniture close by. There si no safety door for the stairs. I do not recomend if you have small children.

I think it should include the bed linen and towels for the same price.

restaurant was almost never available pool was not available the hotel facilities were basically not available to us from Friday to Tuesday. really bad service. ye were closed to us.

Great apartment, well equipped and the site had some interesting activities such as mini putt and bike rentals.

The fact that the pool was closed and the didn't take the time to advise us by email. We only found out after checking in and we had been looking forward to some poolside time.

There was no soap in the soap-automate in the bathroom.When I used a scissors from the kitchen drawer, it was all greasy!

Clean, much to do for The kids.Amazing beach. Easy to find. Great cottage.

Nothing good, staff are stereotypical, breakfast sucked we had to eat in our room because they didn’t even open their restaurant, left room just one hour later than 10:30am they charged me late check out fee, water stopped for a couple of hours, shower water became cold in the mid of taking a shower, they simply trying to make everything easy for themselves at the same time leaving troubles to their esteemed customers. LOL

Cottage was really nice. I have been to this hotel before and I liked it. I am sure I will visit again.
