Spa area Breakfast selection Room is wonderful

The Spa and the ambience is nice. The Hotel is well located, you can easily get there by bus. Also, it is close to the water. The eBikes are fun.

The A-Rosa Sylt is ridiculously overpriced, especially the food and the drinks. Further more the quality of the food and the drinks is low. Many staff members don’t pay attention to the needs of the guests. Many of them are rude and don’t seem to like working at A-Rosa. Additionally, the little things are frustrating, e.g. in the rooms, there is no coffee machine - never experienced it before in a 5 star hotel (self assigned?).

Really nice and Well equipped hotel. Spacious rooms with a lot of storage space and nice details. Very clean. We stayed for 3 nights with our two teenagers. Great food, nice spa and fitness, and teen-activity lounge. The hotel offers something for all ages.

The pillows was not good. Unfortunately, friday night on valentines day, the hotel restaurant was way under staffed, so we had to wait for 40 minutes to be served water and drinks by our table. The did though apologize. The night after, everthing was great again, with full service.

Breakfast, rooms, spa, treatment

closure of the beach front (not forewarned about that)Noise from other guests sitting outside below our window kept us awake one night (until 3:30am). Reception did not answer our calls to report this and so I had to go down to reception. As reception was unmanned, I had to approach the other guests myself and ask them to move inside. They apologised and quitened down but some noise continued for some time. We were not impressed that there was no-one available to deal with this.

Superb facilities. The SPA and the pool are very good.

The pillow offered in the room could be better

Wonderful location and we had a great view on the sea from our room in the 3rd floor. Great SPA and pool area.

It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room and we do not like that there is carpet on the floor. The room design could be more modern.

Spa, outdoor pool and restaurant facilities were amazing. Also how quiet it was, in spite of that fact that we had a suite facing the land side of the property, was really good. Bed and mattresses were clean and comfortable. Thelayout of the suite with a full-size adjacent room with a sleep couch for our daughter was just great.

1. Wear and tear in the room: you can tell this facility is 10 years old, a few small refurbishment measures in the suite such as repairing broken edges of the furniture or some fresh paint on the walls would do.2. The number of electric power sockets in the suite is completely insufficient. If you want to load phones, tablets, laptops for a family of three, you permanently have to unplug other lamps and lights - just annoying.3. None of the lockers in the pool area worked: you could neither lock away your clothes nor did any of the small safes work. Again, small thing, but annoying and not necessary for a daily rate of more than 500 Euros per day.

The breakfast was excellent, the gym was really good and the Spa was superb.

The bed was not so great. A gap at the top between the bed and the bedhead was really odd.

Great food and service. Fantastic spa and pool. Helpful and pleasant staff.

No facilities for making tea or coffee in the rooms. Beds a bit hard.

No smart TV with Netflix or youtube in 2021 is a miss. Phone did not work in room to call reception. Internet slow. Sushi could not be delivered to room from sushi bar. Value for money.
