Rosfjord Strandhotel

The beach and ocean view is fabulous! Very clean room. Restaurant was delightful too.

Side window of hotel room showed trailer park. We were in a corner room. Would prefer to be in center of hotel next time with strictly ocean view but we asked for a bathtub.

The breakfast was exceptional. Free access to the nearby bath with hotwater bassin, sauna and steambath. Friendly and competent check-in. Delicious fish for supper and served on the terrace overlooking the beach and sea.

Loved the view! I was glad I reserved a room with a balcony. It was great to be able to go to the fitness center next door. Most of the staff were nice. Easy to find, easy to park. Quiet. Comfortable bed, very good wifi. I enjoyed exploring the area with the short time I had and enjoyed a quick swim.

The hotel is a bit dated. I hope the woman at reception on the 15th was just having a bad day, if this is her every day attitude, hospitality may not be her calling.

Magnificent location with amazing view along the entire fjord out to the ocean.Very elaborate Scandinavian breakfast!Well-kept grounds directly adjacent to the beach.

Limited menu choices in restaurant but the food was of good quality.Irregular room cleaning times, sometimes in the morning while at other times not until late afternoon.

Beautiful location with lots of seating to sit and enjoy the view! Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff. Spa facility nearby was a bonus.

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location. Since we arrived late and left early ,we didn’t get to enjoy the place.

We liked everything.

We went in April. It was a perfect place to relax and chill. It was linked to a swimming pool and spa! Perfect place for me time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. Lots of places inside hotel and in grounds to relax.

Evening food was limited.

I like the location, it has free parking and I have got Electric car charger in the hotel without any problem. It was very interesting place for us.

The price is a little bit expencive.

The location and the name - my husband’s name is ROSFJORD and his grandfather came from Rosfjord in 1914

I thought the staff were a little aloof. I was hoping the hotel would have clothing with the Rosfjord logo to buy family members

Location, parking, breakfast was great, nice hotel

Restaurant menu was quite limited for the price.

We loved everything, very good food, fantastic breakfast. Very nice staff! Very nice view from the room and lovely beds and perfect room.

Could have had more soaps in the bathroom, but not so important to us, we brought our own soaps in case

The room was big, baby bed had no extra cost. Bed was comfortable. Hotel has an elevator. Our room was tidy. From the hotel restaurant was possible to see the sea and sandy beach. The morning breakfast was very good. The hotel has restaurant and bar area.

The place and view good

Restaurant was closed, village or town terribly boring, no normal restaurant to be found. Next to hotel a campsite, terrible. Hotel room was cheap, badly made, bathroom below standard (Bath broken), bed very bad, never slept so badly.

Everything is good. The swimming pool, the restaurant, the view are really nice.

Family friendly enviroment ,good play area for children to play. Very close to badeland .

Hoping for some food for vegetarians .
