Music at swimming pool was too loud.The hotel was advertised as 5 star and it wasn't close to 5 star. It was smelly. Rooms were adequate. Breakfast was ordinary and it was annoying that 2 sets of music was playing at the one time. English speaking songs on intercom and Italian speaking songs on the tv screen!! Nothing to do for kids. It was in the middle of nowhere!! No brochures at reception desk for activities. WIFI was non existent. We booked an apartment with kitchen unit. When we checked in we were told it was €20\day to use the oven and utensils!!! This wasn't noted in the booking. No tea or coffee facilities. Not enough pillows. We got wrong room initially and had to wait one day to get the right room. We were not compensated for this. TV was broken in new room. Took half a day to get replaced. No bin in the bathroom. Tissues in bathroom were like cardboard. 5 star hotel??? I don't think so!!

We spent two nights during Valentine’s Day weekend, we didn’t dine at the hotel but the place was fairly close to many towns, so it was very comfortable to go anywhere from the resort. The room was very nice and clean, and breakfast was exceptional!

The hotel is quite large, with spacious rooms and a huge terrace. It’s surrounded by farms, providing a very peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and I noticed they host many weddings, as they have large event halls. The breakfast was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the buffalo mozzarella, which seems to be a local specialty. The staff was incredibly attentive. I initially booked this as a stopover while traveling from Rome to Sicily, but it truly exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the dinner. The chef really knows his stuff. Room was cozy and clean and staff made their best to satisfy all our needs. The pool was the best part of the stay. Large with massaging water jets. We were lucky as there were no events planned for the day and we could make use of it all afternoon.

The Room is big and clean, and hotel is so calm, you can sit behind the pool and relax it so calm and clean.

The Staff is good, but they don't speak english, only at the reception they speak english, and if you don't speak Italian you have to be patient.
