Ksar Timnay Hotel

The warmest and most hospitable welcome I could imagine, INCREDIBLE fresh apple juice :-D, well-located as a partway stop between Merzouga and Casablanca, very spacious outside and good access to the room.

Room provisions were cramped and difficult to move around, bathroom (and therefore bedroom) smelled of a sewer (which I've experienced in may Moroccan hotels, so not completely out of the norm).

The customer service was excellent, and the people at the front desk and the kitchen were wonderful.The vegetation and the landscape are very relaxing as well as the pool area.I love Timnay.

I believe that the mattresses need to be changed as they are not comfortable.The rooms need an update from the living room that the beds are very, very hard, and need an updated TV and decore.

I only stayed for one night but a great hotel and no issues for me. I did not eat, so I can not comment on the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel on the road from Merzouga to Tangier, especially because the apple valley nearby and the "Cirque de Jaffar" are a must ride. The hotel has everything one could ask for, the rooms are comfy and the restaurant offers good dishes.

As usual in Morocco the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Clear room and on the whole pretty good food. Pool was very well maintained

Ksar Timnay Hotel is a busy hotel situated next to a main road. It is adequate in all respects but only good when it comes to room size.

I found the restaurant food disappointing.

This place was the perfect roadside stop on our journey! We liked that it was easy to find and we received a warm welcome from “Morgan Freeman “. ? There is a lovely trail to the lake as well which was a very nice spot to watch the sunset. The room was very big, nice and clean, and we had everything we needed. The restaurant serves up a good dinner and a nice big buffet for breakfast as well! We were very happy with our stay.

We liked everything about this place.

The room was spacious and good. Breakfast was good and diversified. The motorbikes stayed inside the hotel's private area.

Unfortunately we werent able to use the pool due to the bad weather.

I booked the Ksar Timnay as a stopover in June 2023.The location is optimal, regardless of whether you travel from north to south or opposite. The entire area is unexpectedly poured, it consists of different buildings and parts. After entering through the gate (the hotel is really perfect on the street, and a petrol station is 100m further), the reception is on the right. Even when I held there, an employee came and kindly asked whether I had a reservation. The check-in was absolutely uncomplicated, you know what you do there. Other plus points of the KSAR Timnay are definitely: there is a restaurant and a swimming pool !!!My room was a nice highlight, very large, well furnished and very clean !!! I was able to park my motorcycle right in front of the room, which made it easier to unload/load. I visited the restaurant for dinner and ate one of the best köfte Tajine on my entire trip. The employees in the service are also super friendly, my waiter said that he himself came from a Berber family, absolutely sympathetic people !!!Breakfast is typical of the country, sufficient and good - the Ksar Timnay is my absolute recommendation for a stop !!!

Beautiful and spacious rooms with sitting area (converted to 4th bed), nice pool, restaurant with really pleasant garden.

Everything was as expected.

We arrived at Ksar Timnay after a long day of driving, and we were pleasantly surprised by the large, comfortable room. Very comfortable, sparkling clean, with a good hot shower. Breakfast was very good and filling. Reception was kind and helpful. Beautiful views from the roof!

Secure parking, great friendly staff, food is great for dinner, and the pool is good too. I will continue to stay here when in the area.I have always stayed in the same room, and it’s dead silent at night, which I value.

Wifi doesn’t work well in rooms. It’s away from town, but I view that as a positive for quietness too.

Hotel on the road to Midelt, overpriced! It should cost no more than 20 eur per night (and it was 52 eur!) - room was just to close the eyes and to sleep- but to sleep ir was too cold, blankets old and heavy, room such uncosy like in cheap hotels in India... breakfast and dinner was ok, staff also friendly (they tried to switch on the heating, but ir worked only for 10minutes...)

Hotel was a stop off between the dessert and Fes so wasn't expecting luxury for the price

Mattress was uncomfortable, food was poor, wifi was awful and the shower was rubbish..
