Hotel Stupka

It was great. It was our second or third time to stay here. We got, what we expected. The quality of the service remained the same as before and we were satisfied with it. Probably we will stay here in the next time.

Sometimes there is no enough parking space. About the services, unfortunately we couldn't make a reservation with half board, only with breakfast.

The room was larger than expected. The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area. Swimmingpool was big enough. Breakfast was very good, variable.

There was a watercooker but no cups or tea bags.

Breakfast was superb and Veronica is just the best. Very good spa facilities.

Reception had no complete information about ski bus to Jasna ski resort.

Wellness and location

Mismatch in billing from restaurant. - not right amount of cost allocated to room number

Good location for skiing, well equipped hotel and lots of services including wellness. Breakfast was great as well.

Room was very small and looked at parking on the ground floor.

Hotel crew very kind and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all necessary stuffs (robes, towels, slippers, toiletries, safe, TV). Big parking lot for free.Breakfast is amezing and have a huge selection. For dinner have menu or à la carte. They cook very tasty.For hotel guests the sauna, jakuzzi and swimingpool are free. All clean and very enjoyable.Definitely 10 points!

Room was big enough for all of us, condition of the bathroom, the wellness options are great. A great place to stay, it was really silent in the night.

One of the workers in the wellness area was rude, we've got a room for 5 but the fifth bed was a spare one. We received 4 sets of stuff in the room. Do not believe the half-board! They tried to charge us for the dinner.

The wellness is fairly equipped. The breakfast is was great.

The hotel is strongly retro I can say very outdated. The room temperature is was too hot and thermostat isn’t working. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The shower didn’t work properly. The staff was fairly friendly except one blonde lady over her best years she were wearing always a one colour (blue or green) dress. She was very unfriendly nir rude. Generally nobody speaks English except a few.

i really like the location of the property and various activities one can do around

we stayed in a business suite - it was a very warm night and thus hot in the room - i believe it would be beneficial for the property to invest in AC

Location, comfort of the room and selection of food for breakfast.

It was extremely hot on the stairway - there is no ventilation and with the sunshine it gets all day it becomes unbearable by the end of the day. I guess it is just badly designed. There was a problem finding a parking slot for our motorcycles. It occurred that some of the spots are permanently taken by some guests and unavailable for other hotel guests. They are however not marked properly. We ended up having to move our motorcycles to another spot which was partly taken by wrongly parked hotel van. Hotel staff had us repark one of our motorcycles instead of moving the hotel car.

The region is exceptional, the hotel is perfect for hiking and is a great price to value pick. The spa offers relaxation opportunities after daytime activities.

It felt, that the restaurant is not really ready for serving people with allergies. Both the breakfast and the menu lacks wider options for gluten intolerants. The only pool is cold water.

the biggest problem for us was that there is no ramp/platform to the hotel part. with little kid and a stroller it’s a bit uncomfortable, but not impossible.

The location is amazing! And in general this hotel has all opportunities to be excellent, BUT the rooms are very “tired”, not modern at all! The spa aria same! Only one thing was really nice - it’s a breakfast on the terrace with the view. And the food was also not bad)

We had an end season one night stay. It was more than perfect, breakfast, wellness, staff, bathroom, everything ++. Value for money for end season price was excellent.

Acustic isolation of room is not good from corridor.

Food offering for breakfast and dinner was very good. Wellness offering good and clean.

Though we reserved, stating that we have a baby with us, our room was difficult to reach. No baby bed available, and room was over 2 floors. The hotel felt a bit understaffed. Only 3 waiters during peak time of breakfast and dinner. Only one person handling the whole wellness area.

Facilities are nice, the room was clean and the shower was looking like new and modern. Some staff member was nice and friendly.

Some staff was had issues with English language and when it turned out this was the root cause of the misunderstanding, the reaction was "not my problem". Never experienced similar before.
