Good breakfast, very clean rooms, great spa!

I'm guessing this place is great on season, but we arrived off season, in the dark, with no staff member or other guests. We counted on the spa but couldn't use it. The cabin was cute but not the best. The whole experience was kind of disappointing. In the morning there was staff which made breakfast and were very kind. When all facilities are available (spa, bar, full breakfast) I'm sure this place is awesome

Its location is perfect - right next to the trails, the food is delicious, rooms are tidy and clean.

cottage was nice and clean with fireplace out side of the cottage

the food for first 3 days was not very good. breakfast was the same and dinner not very tasty. This changed on day 4. when they started to prepare rauts.

Value for money. Clean, comfortable with great food and excellent customer service. Lady at the reception was super friendly and professional. When not busy dinner served as a choice from menu but still more than sufficient. Lovely spa.

the matrasse for a kid was attached as a shelf to the wall ( as in a train?)and had to be fixed from the bottom, otherwise it could be turned over?? No heating in a room or a bathroom to dry our belonings!( So I dont recommend to stay here for long. But it was not cold in a room same time).

We decided on this accommodation primarily because, based on the description, there is also a restaurant in the hotel. unfortunately, upon our arrival, we were only informed that the restaurant was closed for the whole week. so after hiking all day, we were forced to look for a restaurant. It would have been better if the hotel had notified us before, then we would have been prepared.

Fantastic place to stay with family, with beautiful view of the lake.Front desk girl was super nice and helpful. Rooms are rather basic cabin style but this is why we booked it. Restaurant in the main building served breakfast and dinners. Lots of options for breakfast, eggs, sausages, cold meats vegetables and kids favourite waffles. Dinner service was also nice, few kinds of meats and one vegetarian option. Plus salads. Lovely playground for the kids. House cat was a bonus.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to Tatralandia, Besenova and many more places. Good breakfast and dinner which have been included to room price. Room just 20 metres from lake. Good place for fishing (after buying fishing ticket in the town).

Very good option for short or long stay as well. We were there for 1 night. The location is perfect, with a very big "backyard" and playground. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superabundant, and we ate a dinner at the restaurant, it was also delicious. The kitchen of the apartment was fully equipped, so it's perfect for longer term as well.

There were no soap or shower gel. The mattress was a little bit too soft. The information about how to use the wellness center wasn't so clear.

Perfect place for families. We got there late night on our motorbikes and were late for check inn. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Wooden house with small bench outside, 3was more than perfect. Thank you for hosting us.

The breakfast was amazing, very complete and with a cook who grill fresh vegetables. The location is perfect. The staff is friendly. The complex has a nice big green place, playground and fireplace.

The price of the accommodation and restaurant is maybe normal for this area, but expensive for Slovakia. We would probably take something a bit more far from the lake and drive there next time.

The location is nice, but like any other in this same region. Its hard to say what we liked, because there wasn't anything exceptional.

If you are coming there around 9PM, you wont get anything to east/drink as there is no shop nearby.The rooms are pretty small and you can hear other guests in other rooms. There is a little stuff to do around no place to sit and read book, no place to sit/play board games with friends until late, it seems dead after 10PM.

- very helpful, sympathetic and fully competent staff- nice hotel and cabins- beautiful place with breathtaking views- very good cuisine and reasonable prices.

- limited opening hours of the restaurant (until 8pm) and other services (wellness, etc.)- for me personally soft mattress (relatively new but probably cheap one)

By the way the breakfast is good, the waiter is so kind and speak english as well. You should talk with the reception 4 hours earlier before you want to use the nasty sauna...AND THE PRICE IS SO HIGH!!!!!!!

We could not use the wellness without any coordination. Very unuseless thing for example water boiler and fridge because they were so mad and dirty. There was not a hair dryer (It's not an expensive thing right now I think so.) And the price is HIGHEST! The reception is not in their place anytime...waiting a lot.
