- Sound insulation is non existant, there was a party downstairs in the kitchen and due to concert hall effect we had to listen to all the amplified noises so obviously sleep was not possible. Parking area too small
- Would have loved to have bug-net on window as it was really hot currently. But it was not possible to keep only window open because of bugs.

10/10 stay! Fantastic villa, we stayed in -20oC snowy Jan. It’s incredibly modern and super well insulated with underfloor heating. Really beautiful rooms and shared space which we had to ourselves.

Great location if you’re going to Riekstukalns - only a 10min drive away. The property is clean and has all necessary facilities. My only observation is that there’s no oven in the shared kitchen but it’s not really needed if you’re only staying a couple nights ? Overall the stay was perfect and the owners are super helpful - even helped with starting my car after a particularly cold night!
