Unfortunately stayed at the same time as a very large touring group which resulted in very noisy dining room and in room noise not the hotels fault but they dealt with it very well by providing extra space for dining

We stayed only one night and chose mainly the hotel to be able to park and charge the car- we called in the evening to check directly this possibility. As we arrived it was only one charging point which was not working. It needed an update (as we were told) which took too much time and so charging started too late to be able to charge full.

The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful decor. Helpful, smiling staff. A good breakfast with an excellent caffe latte.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful - they helped me solve all kinds of problems. The room was modern and clean, the food was delicious, and there’s beautiful nature at the territory.

The logistics is difficult if you don’t drive.

The property is very convenient to get to especially when you have a hire car.we had dinner at the hotel and it was excellent food fantastic atmosphere outside with the great warm weather .

Really nice hotel. We needed a place to stop off at night after a long drive, and we left early to continue our travels, this location was great and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We arrived very late at night, and they were very accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was nice as well.

There is a nearby disco about 500 meters away, and the music was loud all night. Luckily we were so tired from our travels that we all slept right through it, but if we were staying a for more than one night, it may have been an issue (although we arrived on a Friday night, so maybe it is only an issue on the weekends?).

Booking.com room, furthest from reception. No power when not in room, as only one key card, thus no aircon. Patio but no furniture.

I found unacceptable that the restaurant was closed.Restaurant was not closed due to COVID or any other understandable restriction but only because was their day off (Sunday).Staff explained that the restaurant is managed by a different company but honestly to me, this is irrelevant.If the hotel is open, the restaurant must be opened, always, no exception. Even worst, I expressly requested the possibility to have dinner within the structure and I was answered yes via Booking.As a solution the lady at the reception (absolutely fantastic employee) was ordering Pizza form a local pizzeria and organizing for all the customer the possibility to eat locally on the pizza boxes (as not even dishes or forks, beside the plastic one, were available).She was outstanding, the property no, the restaurant owner even less.
