- The environment was good the sea front view amazing.
Cons -
- The staff pretended not to know English or Swahili yet they were Kenyans There was some sort of racism
- The staff and how they handled guests The AC in my room was not working i was melting through out. It was not fixed even after raising the issue severally The rooms so basic No Tv, No fridge, No telephone, No wifi. Surely in this era which hotel lacks these basics?? Cheap substandard toiletries. Same breakfast throughout. So boring Disregard to local African tourists. Not a priority to them. One staff had to confirm his to me. All in all i didn't get value for my money. Highly priced for nothing. Wouldn't recommend anyone there!
