- Wonderful location, delightful hotel
- booked an ocean front accessible room due to husband being wheelchair bound. when we arrived, there were no ocean front rooms a wheelchair could fit through. Next morning they removed a door from an ocean front room to accommodate us. Much appreciated.

- The price of the breakfast, even though it was good, we found it to be on the expensive side. We were not offered a reservation with the breakfast included, but others in the hotel had theirs included with the booking.
- I would have liked there to have been a fan in the bathroom.
- The building is beautiful but built at the turn of the last century. They should make better arrangements to accomodate guests with mobility issues or state they are unable to. The staff made it work on our second day but our first night was ruined.
