I like the attentiveness of the staff, the food, and hospitality of the staff towards the guests. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home.I love the view from my room too. Not forgetting the monkeys and different bird species ?.My girlfriend likes it too!I will visit again ☺️

The wifi internet was a bit slow. Consider adding extra TV channels (documentaries or movies).

Took too long to check in. Some guests were noisy, playing their own music and weren’t stopped. Bag got lost while at reception and staff took too long to resolve the issue. The pool and gym was under renovation and we weren’t told in advance

This is a gorgeous property, completely secluded, beautiful vegetations, a lot of birds and even the occasional vervet monkey. The setting is lovely for meals, especially eating outside.

Wifi was quite poor, inconsistently on.

Food was delicious, staff were friendly, view from the room was amazing.

The rooms could do with a bit of paint maintenance.

The facility is in a serene and quiet place

The house phone was not working and mobile phones provided were not reliable. Kettle was not working and getting assistance was very difficult. I had to walk to reception or restaurant to make orders and report issues. Their response was often not optimal.

The location is great, and generally, it's a very good property and the landscaping was nice, with a serenity setting.

They seem to have a clandestine buffet only option for dinner but they are not forthright about it. Instead they give you the menu only to keep telling you items are not available, then they finally tell you the Chef has left! The buffet itself is underwhelming and grossly overpriced. More than half of the menu items are unavailable. Generally food quality was disappointing.The stuff seemed unprofessional. For instance, upon checking in we were not given any briefing. Room was overpriced as well. Room gets too hot and requires at least a fan or air-conditioning. The bathroom needs better cleaning. Shower curtain was dirty. For two people, only one towel was provided.

very helpful staff, we booked our stay rather late and were able to get accommodation even though we got to the hotel almost past 11pm. the food is good and so are the amenities. the ladies at the reception, I think Hellen and Sarah , were very helpful.

Visible signs of poor maintenance; peeled paint, poor drainage, broken pipes in some rooms, no shower curtains, cold or lukewarm water etc.

Meals and ambience address great.

Pricing is too high. I didn't feel that I got value for ther much I paid for a night on BnB....

I tried calling the reception numerous times hours before but the phone was never answered, the room was incredibly dusty and there was no hot water even after leaving the boiler switch on hours before

The facility looks very good but some facilities are ran down and faulty.

The staff were very friendly and made our stay comfortable. They also allowed a late checkout without much hassle.The checkout process was also smooth. The bed was very comfortable and great water pressure in the showers.

The facilities in the room were a bit run down. Its been hard for the hospitality industry with covid but some rooms need a facelift.

The place is nicely quiet.The landscape is great.Pavement lighting is excellent.

There was some mosquito in the room and no net.The double bed had two mattresses instead of single big mattress.
