Fabulous breakfast. Nice and wide selection. I appreciate. The hotel is located in a beautiful forrest near of the lake. Amazing place. Really helpfull and kind receptionists.

The facility has the best time behind. The shower head was worn-out and the water leaked around. The bed really narrow and not so much comfortable.

The location is great, surrounded by trees.The room was clean, and we loved the outdoor jacuzzi.Overall, the swimming pool area and saunas were quite good.I would also highlight the comfortable mattresses and pillows; we had a very good night’s sleep.

The hotel design felt outdated, and we didn’t really like it.The room was very clean, but some parts looked worn out and in need of renovation.Each room provides robes for the spa, but ours were torn and should have been replaced.The spa area in the evening was overcrowded, and the most disappointing part was the noisy, poorly behaved kids in the jacuzzi and pools.We also planned to have dinner at the restaurant after the spa, but this turned out to be the biggest disappointment. The restaurant looks like it hasn’t been updated in 30 years, and during our visit, there was an event taking place, and the music was so loud that the walls were shaking—it was impossible to stay there.We tried to order room service instead, but the restaurant staff was completely indifferent. No one paid attention to us, even though they saw us. We had to grab the menu ourselves, go to the bar, and stand there for a long time, but still, no one helped us. In the end, we couldn’t get any food and had to drive to a nearby town for dinner.This is unacceptable. If you’re hosting an event, you should separate the areas and assign staff specifically for guests who just want to relax.

A hotel in a very beautiful location, nestled in a quiet pine forest. Good service, excellent and plentiful breakfasts. A charming spa with several saunas, an outdoor sauna with a sauna master, and two jacuzzis. The room design, furniture, and plumbing are slightly outdated.

Good spa facilities, delicious food

Poor room cleanliness, old, stained carpet, mattress smelled of body odour, room does not much the rest of the hotel, real let down

Not much. Probably that the location is near the Exhibition Center of Kielce. The restaurant is ok for a regular dinner and normal prices. The breakfast pure and regular with not much choices but ok.

We were there for 2 days. Dirty carpets and bathroom with bags. We asked if there is possibility for dubble bed and in hole hotel they told us that they do not have rooms with dubble beds and propose to moove the 2 single beds together. We have no experience of the spa or jaccuzi since we were there for business. The hole experience of the rooms was not good. We would not suggest.

Silent facility, away from the city. Nice place to relax with family or friends. Wery kind people.

Restaurant 5* - soups , main dishes, desserts are vey delicious. Breakfast is also OK. Spa is well equipped, and still open till 22:00. Surely come back.

Restaurant personal gave us bad smelly fish, they reduced to change ot and charged us money. Swimming pool is cold, jacuzzi us smelly and showers provide only cold water. The lockers does not work and everything is broken

- spa is open till 22:00. The dinner was fantastic 5* ( steak, cod fillet,, apple pie) . The breakfast also delicious. We surely come back.

The room was little bit cold- but ootside was -10 . The parking and road in front of the hotel was very icy

Huge hotel with lots of things to do, large, free parking, good restaurant, ok breakfast, nice pool area.

Air conditioning controlled centrally without possibility of changing temperature in the rooms (set at 21 which was too cold for us). Staff at reception and breakfast ok-ish but not particularly nice, limited to do whatever was really needed. Change in overall attitide of the staff would make this hotel a great place.

Perfect accomodation , in the nature, close the big lake. Varied breakfast, everything available in sufficient quantities, excellent food quality. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable and pleasant sleep. Very good wi-fi connection. And super, very professional and helpful staff at the hotel reception !!

Rooms were not so clean enough, one elevator.

In SPA area was disaster. Cigarets in changing room and broken door handles

You could feel chlorine from the pool in whole hotel. My eyes where hurting next day

You can see trees from possibly every window. Eating breakfast while watching birds was a nice addition. The SPA area is quite nice too. Good food served in the restaurant. Comfy beds. A cot for a baby with a lovely duvet was waiting for us.

It is pricey but I think with all the facilities it is a good value for money.
