Apartment and room Panorama

Pros +

• The owner of the apartment is a very kind lady. The apartment is on the ground floor, does not have to step on stairs to reach the apartment with our heavy luggages.

Cons -

• We searched non-smoking apartments on Booking.com with using non-smooking checkbox in search module and this apartment was found by Booking.com as a non-smoking accomodation. We booked with this criteria. But at arriving to the place, unfortunately it is a smoking apartment, heavy smoke-smell comes from the walls and from the furniture. It was a bad experience for us. We had another reservation to this apartment for few days later, when we came back from Dubrovnik on way to home, but this second reservation we cancelled, after we recognized, that it is not a non-smoking apartment. The other problem is, that as the apartment is on the main road which crossing Mostar, very heavy traffic is on this road, even in night, so it was very difficult to sleep because of the noise of the cars and trucks during the night. Maybe others can sleep in big noise, but we can not, because at home we live in a dead-end small street, so it is totally quiet.
