- Very good rural location for family holidays - large park, pets allowed
- We booked this place as a last minute, since our car broke and had to be put to a service. The place is huge, I can easily imagine to stay several nights! Walk to the spa and restaurant was about 5 minutes, but the walk is in very nice area, garden with pond, so it was super nice. The spa is adult only after 9pm, which we were very happy about, since the place is full of families with kids. There is a pool, hot tub and saunas. Just wow!Breakfast was enormous, so much to choose from.We were blown away by everything that this olace has to offer. The Palac was a nice historic place, and it was quiet, since the families stayed in the other part. Thank you! We will recommend your place to everyone.
- We did enjoy the sourrounding nature around the complex, it was perfect for a family with kids as you have a lot of options both indoor and outdoor. The breakfast had many options to choose from, the spa was very neat and clean, kid area well equipped.

- There is no Uber, we haven't found a taxi at the station
- The lady at reception desk was not very friendly, her English was not the best which is fine, but she didn't tell us anything about the place. But the receptionists at the restaurant/spa were very nice.
- Restaurant was closed already at 9.45 after i was done with the spa. I was expecting it to be opened longer, above all in the week end.

If there is a problem, they will not answer the phone or respond to emails.
I asked for an invoice during checkout. The receptionist stated that the printer was not working and that I would be sent one promptly by email. I never received the invoice, which I need for business. I then called and emailed the hotel several times. No one ever answered my calls, and I got a standard reply stating that "the invoice was issued" from the hotel This lack of professionalism is not something that one should see from a hotel for business people
