- the front desk lady was so rude to me and because of some misunderstanding she started to yell at me it was so unprofessional and rude of course in the end she spoked with the supervisor and apologized to me but it was to late
- Very minor but travelling as friends, we did have the odd experience of having a window into the shower that couldn't be blocked off.

Lovely location and lovely staff. Local language seemed to be German but the staff either spoke brilliant English or had the patience to work with us to get past any language barriers.
