Big room, house style (renewed with a lot of taste), human scale, very quiet, great breakfast, fantastic garden and landscape, close form Alba and Asti... and staff very kind and polite.

The whole experience was really a 5 star experience. The restaurant was amazing with wonderful service and delicious food and beautiful presentations.

the spa could use more experience. I would definitely have more explanation of how to use the facilities. There were signs as the floor was slippery, I was very careful yet slipped anyway and really injured my shin. The massage I received was very inadequate. I would recommend asking to get a full tour and explanation of all the facilities. I would recommend asking for an experienced massage therapist.

Basically, everything...Alessandro, in particular, was very well informed and helped us with all decisions based on food and beverage...hats off!

(Based only on one evening) ...the restaurant manager appeared to favor one table. The three other hosts were very attentive to all tables. However, this appeared slightly unprofessional.

Restaurant and spa area are great. Staff very supportive and friendly. The view from the hotel is wonderful. I strong recommend for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is a historic building and they are trying to maintain it what is nice. However I think that the bed in the suite should be more comfortable.

A beautiful little boutique hotel with helpful staff. Located in a small village on a hill, the hotel offers stunning views of the vineyards. The spa area was the highlight of the trip -even a rainy day turned out to be wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options.

The larger outdoor pool wasn’t quite warm enough yet (but the hotel had just reopened after the holidays).

A lovely historic property tastefully restored but with comfortable modern features. Great location for exploring Piedmont, with scenic views of the Alps and countryside.Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious food and wines.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and situated in a very picturesque location, easily accessible by car. The staff is extremely nice, polite and kind so it was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

Perhaps the best service I've ever received from the staff. Facilities advertised as 4 star but I'd rate it 5 star or at least 4.5

For where we're at in Italy, price seemed a tad high but it was worth it.

The property is really nice and close to the small downtown (just a 5 min walk). The hotel has 2 main buildings with different spa services in each.Loved how quite it was (I don’t know if it wasn’t busy but we never had an issue with finding a spot at the pool or a table outside for breakfast).Breakfast had a good variety of options and you could order eggs and coffee.The room was gorgeous, very clean, spacious and with a beautiful small balcony overlooking the hills.The spa in the main building was wonderful, we had a couple massage and it was the most relaxing experience ever, my husband and I loved it, definitely get one if you are there.

Nothing really the only thing if anything is that my husband ordered his eggs over easy and they came really well done but it’s a minute thing.

The stunning views from the Junior Suite, the safe parking and lovely food in the onsite restaurant. The spa was great and massages very reasonably priced. A lovely 3 night stay before our wedding. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The first room we were placed in was on the first floor, we could hear a loud group of guys downstairs in the restaurant, a call to reception quietened this down and we successfully changed rooms to the second floor the next day.

From the moment we arrived everything was amazing, the staff are lovely, we arrived early and they said our room would be ready in 10 mins and gave us coffee in the beautiful gardens while we waited, then showed us to our room, we were in heaven from there - pool amazing, food yummy - we will be back and i would recommend to anyone, great value for the time of year

Feel more than welcome thanks to the friendly and professional staff. Large rooms with full comfort. Excellent restaurant with a nice wine list (glass or bottles). Amazing view. All spa facilities ( 2 small indoor pools and 1 small and a large outdoor swinning pool, sauna…). Excellent quality/price. It was our third stay at this hotel. Meanwhile this place had become for us a mandatory stop for 3-4 days between Tuscany and Belgium

Restaurant management is a disaster.

Friendly staff, relaxing spa and exceptional breakfast. We stayed for four nights in our honeymoon, and it was so worth it.

Kept original personality and updated with modern features. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredible.

Great Breakfast. Lovely location, charming village. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Spa is very well organised and clean with a wonderful view on the valley. Very quiet area. Everything available on property.

nothing to complain about. Isolation might have not been perfect, but it's an old house, so expected.

We were celebrating a special birthday. Not only did the staff surprise my spouse with a candle in a morning sweet at breakfast, but they helped us arrange a driver and tour last minute to a local winery. At dinner, my spouse was again presented with a beautifully decorated birthday dessert. We found the staff - both waitstaff and front desk- to be incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. We wanted for nothing!The location on the hillside in Piedmont is lovely and we enjoyed sunset views from the balcony while eating dinner. There are many wineries and small towns a short drive away. We hope to return someday soon to explore the area futher.

The massage I received was not my favorite. Her hands were very quick and swishy and I did not feel that she was able to effectively address any problem areas. I had to ask for some support under my knees. Usually, this is automatic.

We found the menu a bit limited, you had to book for lunch, restaurant not very flexible. Pool a bit small for size if the hotel. Not easy to find a spot when hotel is fully booked.
