Receptionist was very nice and welcoming!!Rooms were large, clean and modern. 2 Large windows to a great view!!Breakfast was good.Free parking.

The elevator is from the behind of the property and goes only half floors. You need to go up by stairs a bit. It's not a big issue, unless for more elderly people.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very spacious room with beautiful view. Breakfast is great.

We didn’t have a car so it’s a bit hilly for us going to the hotel.

We had a fantastic view from the balcony, the room was large, clean & very comfortable.We were able to store and charge our ebikes in the garage, ready for our next days trip.Breakfast was great, a good choice, and nice coffee to set us up for the days ride ahead.

Climbing the hill to the hotel on the bike is difficult, as it's very steep. My wife had to get off and push!

This was a last-minute booking as we were supposed to be stopping at Großglockner, but weather conditions stopped that. Staff were very helpful when emailing prior to us arriving. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Restaurant is only open from 18.00 to 20.00 but this was ok or us. It would be a walk into town with a steep hill if not in a car. The views were amazing.

There is something wrong with beds. The frame is too high. It's very uncomfortable. Hard to sleep, hard to stand up.

Staff attitude, friendliness, focus on customers. I found the hotel a great value for money, for a short break or an one overnight stay. very good culinary experience.

Nice large rooms with great views over town from the balcony (rooms at the front of the hotel.) Staff very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of free private parking. Walkable into town 15-20 minutes.

Quite a steep walk back from town might not be easy for some. During our stay the hotel appeared more geared up for group bookings (coach tours) than for other guests. No air conditioning or fan (it was warm when we were there.) Remember insect repellent (we got lots of bites from the mosquitoes).

Although we only stayed for a night on our way to the Dolomites, we appreciated the quiet location above the town of Vipiteno. Our room was comfortable - with modern furnishings and very clean. The view over the town and surrounding countryside is lovely. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again.

The location caught me off guard, it's not comfortable getting there without a car as there are only 4 busses a day from the town, I think it was more expensive than other hotels with similar quality and the staff, though extremely friendly, had troubles with English (most of them)

Perfect choice for a stay in Sterzing. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean an comfortable and the views are amazing. Also, the hotel has great and tasty options for dinner and breakfast.

In single room you receive a view to the backyard and not the view of the mountains so keep that in mind.
