The room size was good, and no extra charge for the dog. The hotel is well maintaned, nice old building.

Breakfast was boring. No fresh vegetables nor scrambled egg. Wellness part is small, need to book, can't use anytime if you want after a ski. - This last was our mistake to not check before booking, but anyways if they could add some extra capacity there it could be an amazing destination both winther and summer for active holidays.

Excellent food and the possibility of having beauty treatments. Location is good to go skiing in the mountains and exploring the region.

Rooms were very small and the carpets would need being changed as they are old and stained.

The service was great! The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. One of our friends is in a wheelchair and was able to get around with no problems. Dinner and breakfast were great. Everything was clean and orderly.

My room was a little small, but in line with the price that we paid.

Good location, breakfast ok. Room quite small, bathroom and shower good size. Parking for a few motobikes in carage, for our bikes there was no room. Parking place was spacious, but for motos you have to be careful, because it was in a hill. Friendly staff.If you don't want to eat hotels turist menu( which was ok but nothing special) there is a good restaurant in a few hundred meters.

They tryed to charge us more than confirmed in Booking. But as a apology they offered us free drinks, so pay already in the evening ?. In restaurant menu only in Italy and Germany, but we got help from lady in reception, she game and translated it.

haven’t been informed that AC is out of order aheadthen I wasted time until late to believe they will fix itthey claimed AC is fixed but the air was just a fan of outside air

On arrival we were offered use of the owners garage for our motorcycles. The waitress in the evening was very good, as was the food

Rooms were quite small and dated

The hotel was nice and comfortable, situated in beautiful environment. Parking was super easy, breakfast delicious. We would defnitelly come back again for a longer time.

Very slow open wifi network with sign in (one device per code but can get multiple codes) and phone data seems to be struggling too probably due to location, basic breakfast, AC struggles to cool the room off, bed is hard, no kettle, tiny TV

Disappointing

The first hotel which failed to make a receipt in required way in 100 travel days per year in Italy. However the main reason my criticism is because I was disgusted by the missing effort or competencies from hotel staff to make the required receipt.

Property had a good sized single room with good facilities, bathroom balcony all the necessary features, restaurant server a set menu which was very good, they took the social distancing rules very seriously, great bar and very nice staff, nice seating outside all round good value for money

Aircon did not work but it was raining so managed without it and having the window open

Very pleasant hotel. Was as I expected. The offer of free parking is great. The ski slopes close .
