The location, the room and kindness of the staff
Quality of food and the set up of the restaurant was poor
This has always been and remains one of our favourite resorts. We have stayed in several hotels here. Mosely good in different ways. The Miramomti is very big. The swimming pool is excellent. The food was excellent. The boot room a bit over crowded but OK with good heaters. Location perfect. The value for money was good. Our room was excellent, spacious and we were given a kettle so we could make ourselves a cup of tea. All very accommodating.
The Miramomti is very big but a bit scruffy in places. The lounge area is too small and grey with good music that was too loud. Stairs to the boot room were in a bad way.
Very clean roomWe took a chalet Spa was nice Not fancy
The breakfast was not goodVery basicThere was a lot of noise during the night because of the party the hotel arrange
Great location, great food, wonderful spa area
Food was overall pret5y goodreception staff were not at all friendly or welcoming d6uring the day.....the night time young girl was great though
Location was amazing. There was nice and clean spa and the staff were very friendly. There is a lot to do in summer here
Val di sole pass was added to the bill without saying it was an extra. Would have opted to include it but would have been nice knowing before as in some places they provide it free to encourage visitors in the summer
Location of hotel great, middle of ski lift area. Breakfast basic buffet, decent variety.
Good location for ski, entertainment team very friendly and good program for the children, pool included. However there was no value for money.
The room was extremely outdated, it is hard to believe that this is a 4 star hotel - maybe it got last refurbished in the ‘90s. The bunk beds are actually dangerous, you do not even have a mechanism for the children to climb it - it looked rather like something improvised, than something I could spend my vacation with 2 kids in. The hairdryer in the room was a joke, so I asked for another one & I got charged for it.I never been to a 4 star SPA where you need to pay additionally for the bathrobes.Breakfast very basic & restaurant also outdated.
Kid’s club was great. Location is awesome. Bar was pretty good.
Rooms are very average “ski resort” and quite underwhelming. Mold in bathroom is sub optimal. Breakfast was ok.
Amazing crew. Especially the entertainment and waiters. Huge variety in the buffet, activities for kids every day and night. Clean and comfortable sauna, pool etc. 2 min walking to slops, kids park, restaurants etc.
The WiFi was bad
The reception staff at the hotel were friendly, the suite was large with a great view of the pistes and a great jacuzzi bath. The access to the pistes was excellent - we just had to cross the road. The spa had a nice Turkish bath and sauna.
The hotel had said it had gluten free options. However, the breakfast option consisted of a basket of pre-packed dry biscuits and toasts which were not palatable. The remainder of the food was a buffet running the risk of cross contamination. My daughter choose to stick to a yoghurt for breakfast. In the evening, there were limited options and the staff could not tell us what the option would be when we asked during the day. I would not recommend this hotel if you require gluten free food and we had to eat elsewhere each evening. Even for those of us who were not gluten free, the quality of the breakfast offering was poor. Our suite was very large, but very sparse. It needs some soft rugs or furnishing and somewhere to sit other than the bed. A chair to make the most the view would be great. Also, it was not possible to change the temperature of the AC, so it was cool in the large master room and too hot at night in the smaller bedroom. Also, be aware, that this is a large hotel and there were numerous school groups staying that on occasion overwhelmed the restaurant and bar area and the staff seemed stressed on more than one occasion dealing with the number of residents at the hotel.
Ski pists just across the street. Great animation service for kids. Stuff kind and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Pool and saunas on the spot as well.
Dinner gets quite late, finishes past 21h, we would prefer to have it earlier. Missing variety for breakfast, it’s very continental, no vegetables.
Clean. Very close to the ski slopes. Friendly staff. Warm.
old furniture, old school doors with keys (not practical to carry them around), only rain overhead shower without shower head. Dinner could have been better for a 4* hotel.
really nice hotel, excellent food, Amazing pool and Spa, overall services and facilities was really great.
all good
amazing location, on the pistes. super clean rooms. Great food and lovely, really friendly staff. pool and sauna were fantastic, and well maintained.
Excellent stay! Wonderful service, great food, fantastic animation every evening, convenient location. Try out services proposed by the hotel, including daily trips and mountain excursions - very convenient to have it organized by the hotel!
Perfect spot for skiing, nice sauna and pool, good breakfast. Simple small room, but quiet.
