Pros +
- The staff were very nice, helpful, and available at all times, including answering extremely fast and efficiently on WhatsApp already when we were on our way to the property. The location is nice, depending on what you’re looking for. We specifically needed to be in Ein Harod and wanted something that would allow us to walk everywhere without using the car much. And for that, it was perfect. We didn’t use all the facilities, but it was very nice to have plenty of hang mats right outside our door. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean, and spacious. And we liked the short walks in nature on the nearby hill, which starts almost right at your doorstep (this is a nice small hill that was the site of an old Palestinian village named Qumya, whose inhabitants fled in the 1948 war, and nowadays its only remnants are the various fruit trees and cactuses that hint at its past life).
- Very good room, large , clean and quietVery good breakfast
- Loved the enormous bathtub which had endless hot water. The shower, on the other hand, was always chilly. The reception desk workers was lovely and hospitable. The wine was a delightful gift. The people on the kibbutz were friendly and always willing to answer questions. The Jezreel valley is full of fascinating historical sites and beautiful nature. We went to a great restaurant near the kibbutz - not kosher but spectacular view and tasty food. ( Herb farm restaurant or something like that)
Cons -
- Even though we paid a discounted rate via booking.com, we still found the price to be relatively high, likely because this was during a holiday. We also looked at prices a week earlier and they were significantly cheaper. It was a bit of a shame to have such a spike in prices during the holiday. For us this was especially unpleasant because we came just to visit family on the kibbutz and only needed a place to sleep at night, and for that, it felt quite overpriced. But since it was the only option within walking distance of where needed to be, we went for it. And at least I can say that the stay itself was quite pleasant, the rooms cozy, the beds comfortable to sleep on, the air conditioning worked great, and we enjoyed our 3 nights there. And again, the staff were super friendly and helpful.
- Everything was really nice. Even better service - housekeeping to tidy the rooms while we are there maybe every 2 days would be a nice perk. Information about restaurants and sites in the area would be super helpful- maybe a brochure you could put together? But we met lovely people on the kibbutz who gave us some great tips. Beautiful area around and magnificent views on the kibbutz and nearby. I had a bit of an issue before the trip clarifying the room we wanted. The bot" Dana" is ok but personal interactions are always more appreciated.
- The rooms had very flimsy walls and we could hear the neighboring room use their toilet and also speak to one another. The bathroom was extremely small, to the extent one had to back into the shower in order to shut the door. The rooms were very costly for monastic type cells with zero soundproofing.

The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed the picnic table facility outside the little rooms. We wanted to experience a kibbutz. It was very clean and we appreciated that although the supply of cutlery was really odd.

Almost nothing
Old , poorly kept , TV don't work, no cups , 10:30 check out time , broken closest .
Pool was lovely
Considering the high price, expected a cleaner room. Breakfast was not fresh and over priced. Synthetic grass instead of nature experience. Very bad acoustics in the room.
the landscaping, the views
a small comment - the shower leaks all over the bathroom
The accomodation in the wooden chalet was wonderful! We loved it and regretted that we didn't book more nights. We enjoyed our stay very much would love to come here again. There was enough space in the chalet with a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a small kitchenette and another sleeping area on the gallery floor. There was even a small garden with a hammock.Apart from the wonderful accommodation the kibbutz has also a swimming pool and a museum with a very interesting art collection.
Nothing. The only thing we regret is that we couldn't spend more time here.
it was clean and the kibbutz pool is a great bonus.
The place is full of families and very noisy. We got woken up by the cleaners on Saturday morning @9am, just for them to drop off some towels. I wouldn't recommend it for a couples gateway.
Great place, great breakfast, the pool of the Kibbutz is also nice and not a lot of people even on Saturday on and August day
The accomodation was located in a lovely part of the Country in a very nice kibbutz. The breakfast was one of the best israeli style breakfasts that we had whilst touring.
Pretty kibbutz
Cleanliness breakfast didn’t arive on the last day
The beauty, location, scenery, atmosphere, helpfulness. Everything!
I wish our schedule had allowed for us to stay longer!! I wouldn’t change anything
I enjoyed staying here, it's a great location with excellent views. I worked on the kibbutz next door years ago, so it was great to be staying near there again,. a trip down memory lane.
The breakfast buffet food was nice, but I had to make 2 trips to a table, not yet cleared but that wasn't too much of an issue, but I came back with my 2nd plate and coffee to find my first plate had been thrown away during table clearing. My feedback is to provide trays so we can carry cups and plates, and to clear outside tables a bit more frequently. Also, it was hard to find a door to get outside to the balcony without disturbing other guests, space is very tight.
It was ok, enough for me and my kid. Nothing more.
I think the room was small and minimal. Also, there were enough dishes for both of us (one cup, one spoon).
Great atmosphere. I had everything I needed in Chalet Room. The staff were very friendly. Overall a great experience in kibbutz!
price for valuea lot of places around the room to hang outThe area is amazing and a lot of places to travel the breakfast was good for the family
it’s very basic kibbutzi, it was a bit complex to shower our toddler
Quiet area
The curtains are far from the window and this leaves very strong daylight in the room
The pool and the facilities
The breakfast. Not recommend..poor. not even enough hot water. Terrible experience
The Cabnet design is great. lots of room. very big shower I ever seen in cabinet.Lots of things to do around and in the Kibbutz area.
why such a big shower without bathtub..?
