- The rooms are in dire need of renovation. The door of the room was made of cardboard, you could hear everyone passing through the room. There was no air conditioner or ventilation, because the air was stagnant in the room, the window had to be opened. It's strange that you can only go to the sauna without a bathing suit.

- Room key is usual key (not electronic card). Additionally you need care separate plastic card to get a swimming pool service (towels and togas), but always remember your room number. This all can be one card without any questions.

All the facilities were very nice and clean. The was staff very friendly and smiling all the time, great breakfast!!
Everything is good. I like children playground and easy accessible parking. Clean and nice swimming pools. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super tasty, and has good choice of dishes.

The spa facility is nice
The rooms are more like 2 star hotel not a 4 star hotel. There was problem with running water in the shower. Also no air condition. Don’t go if you are a light sleeper. Could hear loud and clear the tv show that my neighbors watched.

If your room is facing the highway, you’ll hear it, the surroundings were a bit messy. regretfully the boho island sauna was turned off, the Softa restaurant was a puzzle for us

i don’t recommend this place
the hotel ir on the way, there is no lake. It’s looking poor with plastic tables and chairs. Everything from restaurant too pool not like in the booking pictures. We don’t stayed at the hotel and the personal not refunded. In the hotel area was rideing tractor so i don’t know that is relax there. We ate at the restaurant and on the table was a lot of beetles. i don’t recommend this place.

Room too small for family of 3. mattresses could be more comfortable, ugly balconies inc facade, no louvre panels that could stop sunshines going through the windows (extremely high temperature during the day). Pool area nothing to offer for kids, sauna only for adults. Lake only looking good on the pictures, i would not personally put my feet in there. Breakfast ok but nothing special at all. Value for the price 5/10.
Breakfast was excellent. I haven't had such a quality breakfast for a long time! Possibility to swim until ten o'clock in the evening.
