Pros +
- Safe, clean and a great rate. Only stay for a last minute need but if its. A bed and shower . Perfect
- Beautiful nature around
- The hotel has two distinct advantages: - a nearby lake, - an opportunity to travel via time to the past................. (To feel the real spirit of Socialism of late 1980, in the hotel you will find:- apartments overcrowded with 6 small single uncomfortable beds and shabby furniture (P.S. two small connected rooms in need of renovation are called as an apartment) - a medium-sized and heavily used towels (color was not identified)- a common (e.g, W+M) toilet next to the reception, where about 10 places in one room are separated by wooden partitions,- a big and modern coffee machine in the breakfast zone, which gives either hot water or instant coffee-drink (don't expect for a real espresso, latte, or cappuccino, its too costly for the host, I believe), - breakfast, which tasted like a Soviet-time sausage that was made without meatTo feel a truly spirit of the past, you should not expect for:- fast internet,- air conditioning,- TV remote control in the room (but you may ask for it at the reception),- shampoo or shower gel (instead you will find a liquid soap in a 1-liter container, but not everyone would be brave enough to use it),- cleanliness in the room (when we arrived at the hotel at 5.30 pm, we found a lot of crumbs in the room, hairs on a desk, chair and bed, unwashed floor, unchanged bed sheets on one bed, and dust that was saved for last week or two).
Cons -
- The place is great but building and facilities are “tired” and you fell like in 90’
- I was really surprised to find out / to see, that - check-out starts at 7 am, but breakfast starts only at 9 am,- all hotel' guests have one hour for breakfast (it's your pity, if you're late because food disappears much faster, than staff could bring, and food was not delivered after 9.50 am. (P.S. frankly speaking, only one girl was serving the whole breakfast room)- apple juice (as well as coffee) in the breakfast room is abundantly diluted with water (hosts can't be forbidden to be thrifty, right?)- neighbors can enter your room with their room-card (this is how we received unexpected guests around 10.30 pm), and you could pay a visit to your neighbors with your room-card (its verified with a permission of my neighbor),- if a hotel' guest spills its coffee on the floor, the staff kindly offers paper to clean up the coffee and checks how well it is cleaned,- during breakfast, at least two guests secretly made sandwiches "for a family day" and took out hiding them under T-shirt, while another guest hided its breakfast prey into his baby's carrier seat.Visit here if you want to travel back to the 1980s for only 100+ euros per day (breakfast is not included, but the memories will not be complete without it).Visit here if you want to see the genuinely surprised face of the receptionist after turning down an offer to stay another dayP.S. it was probably the worst hotel out of 20+ I stayed in this year. I shall recognise, it's my own fault that I'm used to Hilton, Radisson for business, or (real) apartments in the center of big cities on weekends, and small cozy holiday houses in mountains. It's my fault that I'm not as open-minded as I should be in the place like Selment Resort .
- Staff did not speak English, cleaning job was really weak. The bathroom had mold in it, floors and walls were dirty, in shower there were some old hair tie. The price was not a good value for the money. In the morning, for checking out there was nobody in front desk (after 8am).

Passable
Staff did not speak English, cleaning job was really weak. The bathroom had mold in it, floors and walls were dirty, in shower there were some old hair tie. The price was not a good value for the money. In the morning, for checking out there was nobody in front desk (after 8am).
For the price it was enough for one night.
Room was very hot, on the sunny side of house. and no way to cool it but to open window, which was over the swimmingpool. lots of school children was making noise.
The only thing good about this is the vicinity to the highway and that they have a pet friendly policy
They should not offer any rooms thru Booking.com during their Children Summercamp periods. Either you have a Camp full with screaming children, or you have a hotel. Not both.
Great location very close to Elk, right next to a lake. Although the building does not look particularly pretty, the rooms are of good standard and equipped in coffee service, tv and small fridge. Breakfast cost us 35zl and the selection was fantastic, well worth the money. All in all, very affordable stay for group of 5 and highly recommended.
The outside area a bit messy (some work done) next to the pool, as well as building that is not too pretty.
Budget-friendly and hotel near beautiful lake. Good to stay overnight and maybe longer. Good transport connection.
Despite their kitchen offer meal plans for tourist groups (and also for local factories) it was impossible to individually order anything, only daily meal could be ordered via reception.
Clean room,friendly staff
Difficult to find it,not easy access to the highway.Only small bath towels
good except the wifi problems
wifi not available at the 2nd level, recurrent problem
Tranquility
They have à lot and récurent problems with wifi at the 2nd and 3rd level of the hôtel. I hope they solve that with better professionnals in 2024
Clean and nice quiet place by the lake.
The evening receptionist when I checked in didn’t have any English so… but she was very nice.
Very bad
We had a reservation, told the receptionist we will be at 2am, they were okay with that. When we arrived, no one was there, no keys left, no one picking up the phone. In the middle of the night had to search for a new hotel. WE WANT A REEFUND RIGHT NOW!
Absolutely nothing positive.
False advertising.Very dirty room. Strange room (we booked a room for two adults and a child, we got a room with two separate rooms inside, in one there was two beds, both already made, in another room - four beds, one made - extremely uncozy and weird, separating toddler from parents - strange decision by the personnel). No EV charging.Full story:We booked this hotel ONLY because it had electric vehicle charging station - or so it claimed. After we arrived, the receptionist spoke hardly any English and was very confused about the charging, said it is impossible and charging doesn’t work (using google translate). I’ve asked maybe she could ask other people about charging as it is why we chose the place. She agreed and said to come later. We got to our room and found the strange room. I tried to move one bedside table to check whether we could make a double bed instead of two single beds and found insane amount of dust and trash (!) behind it. I put that back instantly. We got back to reception and waited a while for the receptionist to figure out charging. Finally she talked to someone and tried to explain the charging situation. It was difficult to understand, were constantly using google translate. It came down to asking us to pay additional 250zl (room is 270zl per night) to PROBABLY CHARGE as it MIGHT work. I’ve asked to cancel our room and get a full refund for it. She again talked to some people and said that it is fine, we can go now and will be refunded in full. I’ve asked for any confirmation for that and she promised it will be fine and it will come throught etc. So we left. I’ve tried to contact hotel ever since but to no avail.
we were able to check in outside office hours as we were very late due to heavy traffic. the hotel replied and confirmed fast.
the photos on Booking.com do not show the reality. the mattress was dirty. contents of blankets and pillows uneven and worn. the building itself is probably some kind of former dormitory, the repair of which has been incomplete or done sloppily/half-heartedly. downstairs neighbors were smoking in the window/room and this smoke entered our room. it felt like an old dorm room. we gave up breakfast - the table was set nicely, the room was clean, but the choice was rather only sandwich material.
Good location near a lake, a well-designed territory.
Uncomfortable pillows looks like they are very old, and not possible to sleep on them.
It was a nice scenic area by the lake. The room was good value and I was surprised how large it was. Check with the reception was quick and easy.
There was a electric kettle in the room, but no cups or tea. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
Facilities and location by the lake. Good size meals.
Low temperature on heating. We got different food to the one ordered the night before (from set menu).
Now, when S61 will soon be passing through another route, we started to look for different accommodation and this hotel come in handy - its location is just a few minutes away from the new highway and offers a wide variety of accommodations. This place is located next to the lake, with lake views(if you get the room at the lakefront side of the building). There is free on-site parking, seems that there you can get breakfast as well, while for us more important is to have a kitchenIn the room, you will have a hairdryer, a teapot, cups for coffee, and bottled water, if you want to have dinner probably Elk would be a great place where to go for it.We had a lakefront room, with two separate bedrooms, beds were fine, rooms were warm and clean.I could recommend this hotel for individuals, traveling with kids, as there is plenty of room for both parents and kids.
Clean, quite comfortable, nice and welcoming staff. Beautiful view to the lake.
It was nightmare to find the place - Waze can’t find it. Finally we made it and everything was fine. And it was not nice that room service woke us up at 8:00 - we were after long way and just wanted to sleep until last minute before the check-out.
