The property is beautiful and is near a lake that is also very nice. There are boats a kayaks that would be fun to use. They let us check in early.

The room is old and needs updating. The food was very greasy. They allowed dogs inside where we were eating. The shower. Also the laundry soap is fragrant and the towels smell terrible.

Quiet location in the middle of the woods and close to the lake. Helpful staff. Clean room. Onsite restaurant. Pet-friendly (a small extra fee).

Room was really small and wasn't soundproof - a very noisy group of people was in the corridor early in the morning, the noise was heard in the room and really couldn't sleep.

Nice place at country site, kind reception, easy parking, everything necessary in place, good value for money.

Girls at the reception are very nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean. They are not best quality, but they are clean.

The worst place to chose if you want to have a proper sleep after long drive. Party or people returning from the party, slamming their doors and shouting all night long. If you like to sleep with windows open - forget it. Stones in the parking are also noisy.

The place is amazing, quiet and deep in the woods, next to a beautiful lake. We enjoyed the stay, the breakfast and the surroundings. All was perfect, too bad we did not stay longer.Location is not on the main road but very easy to find.Reception always there to help.

Very attractive and natural beautiful surroundigs, big and clean lake, beach, boats for rent.Excellent restaurant with airconditionig. Large free parking.Bar with drinks and local beer , meals can be enjoied on the restaurant's terrace. Pets are accpted

The location was good and the area and facilities. There was a nice beach nearby and enough to do for kid. Very nice place in general.

The room was old. Not enough sockets, so if you want to watch tv and charge your phone at the same time - no go. There was a socket behind the bed but you need to move the bed to get in to it.

The location is absolutely stunning! There is a lake, a beach with a permanent bar, boat rental, a volleyball court, a children's playground, and even tennis courts. The surroundings are beautifully landscaped. The restaurant is not bad, and the breakfasts are delicious. It is about 16 km from Suwalki by car. Parking is free.

Disappointed with the rooms - the rooms were a major letdown. The comfort level was minimal, and the furnishings were reminiscent of a dorm room, albeit a clean one. Unfortunately, there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, which was an inconvenience. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. Considering the price, the overall experience was quite disappointing.

Beautiful location near the lake, tasty breakfast, great overnight stay on the way back for Baltic car travellers who have traversed Poland in the evening :)

Staff doesn't speak in english so it is hard to comunicate. There is no air conditioner in the room, so it was very very hot and hard to sleep with all the heat.

Extremely friendly staff, good breakfast. Very conveniently located at the lake. I arrived in the middle of the night, no problem with checking in - 24hr reception helps.

It was at a perfect location for my needs, reception 24/7.

Initially got one double bed instead of two single ones. Not cool as we were two blokes that were not that close :). Booking.com system showed me clearly that I booked two single, however the hotel receptionist had a printout that said two singles OR one double. The room had an extension with another double bed there, the receptionist after some deliberation and persuasion agreed to give me a key so we can use it. It took me 4 trips to reception and sequential different key trials to actually get into the room. So all ended ok, however the experience was not pleasant.

The sheets were uncomfortable and pillow was too big for me to sleep.

Location was nice, we appreciated 24/7 check-in. Breakfast was excellent!

Staff did not speak in English (spoke a bit Russian), otherwise no complains!
