Margis Hotel & SPA

1) Staff at the reception. On arrival date Lady with blond short hair was extremely professional and with high attitude to the clients needs. We got a bit extra time in SPA (sauna and swimming pool) since we were late comers.2) Breakfast - 10 points. Everything was there and the price - 10 EUR per person seems very reasonable.3) Facilities and surroundings.

Very cheerful and helpful staff. Excellent location for stay to visitTrakai and Vilnius (only 50 min drive). The Margis hotel and camping complex located near lake and between pine trees, which is a house for nice singing birds. The Margis Hotel restoran Chief Cook and a team doing a great job: we tasted almost all menu dishes and received:) wonderfull taste explosion.

Good food, friendly staff, calm atmosphere in the nature (forest park by the lake).

There is no elevator, so it is a challenge to bring things to the 4 floor!..

Well balanced hotel- not big not small, with spa and authentic cuisine. Super location, close to capital but at the same time countryside + lake

If all neighbors gather in the spa it would not be comforting, so make sense to manage the flow. Only one person who provides the massage, so not possible to appoint on the spot

Staff first ther tell me Spa only after 5 pm until 9. After when I as why is that ther told me ohhh is really busy right now I told thim I don't really mind as I have dinner in vilnius at 7 and baby. Then she's say if you want you can go! Water bottle in the room 1euro(not free as all hotel in the world do) spa really small. Jacuzzi is not really good water is cold. Staff never seen Asian before. We come after dinner from vilnius around 10 I'm Lithuania and my husband come out from car to get baby and get couple Staff 2 lady's was staring from window until we entered!!! My husband feel really uncomfortable!!!!!!!! BABY COT IS NOT FREE LIKE ALL OTHER HOTELS In LITHUANIA IS 15 EURO !!!!!

Location is good if you are ready to stick to the restaurant on site, which is really below average, apart from the freshly squeezed juice.

I never knew that pork could be so dry and hard. The spa operates from 5 to 8 pm only. Plan your dinner before or after if you want to take the advantage of the these facilities. No spa in the morning.

Spa zone should be child free after 19.00. After pointing out to the staff that there are still children present no one cared or said anything to parents for 45mins

Fantastic connection of natural lake nature (swans, ducks, stark) in the forest with civilized facilities for clean and safe pleasures in the water - swimming, sauna, water bicycle or boat.???Good breakfast and exeptionally tasty food for dinner for ant taste - fish, meat, vegan meals made us very happy! ???The personnel in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. ???

More space to read a book in a quiet room/ library.

No lift, our room was at floor 4. Only one pillow per bed which is obviously personal preference but I like when there are more.

Staff was great - polite, helpful and friendly. Restaurant was quite nice. The territory is big: there are basketbal and volleybol playgrounds, playground for small kids, nice walking area, small pier with boats. Private parking.The room was spacious and clean with pretty lake view.

Interior of the room and the hotel is rather old fashioned. Room requires some renovation. Bathroom floor is very slippery, and I would suggest to add a ventilation. Would be nice to have bath amenities, like cotton pads and other in the room.Breakfast was not delicious.Would be pleasant to offer free boats to the guests.

Very good kitchen, both dinner and breakfast offer. A peaceful place by the lake with comfortable rooms and very responsive staff. We recommend.
