- The hotel is located in a small village not far from Opole. I choose the location as its not far from the highway so it was good for me. But a car is needed to reach this in a comfortable way. Staff was very nice - all women by the way. Restaurant is very good for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choice, mainly polish style food but very good. Parking is free.

1. I booked some spa treatment in the evening, first checking with reception if the time was available and they confirmed. Later I went to pool area which normally closes at 10 pm. Both at the spa and the pool staff gave me quite obvious signals they were not happy with me being there as they'd rather go home. I found that unprofessional. If they have grievances about their working hours they need to raise it with their boss and not make some strange remarks to a hotel customer. I can't help them anyway, and since I pay for the available service I won't feel guilty about it either.2. Large groups of children ( not hotel guests) coming to use the pool with their minders, should either not come at all, or have dedicated hours that are known to hotel customers, since their presence makes pool unusable.
Great new hotel in a small village. It's very luxurious and casual at the same time. We loved it.
The beds were a bit too soft. (personal taste)And we couldn't find the light switch for the lamps next to the tv.
