    Pros +

    • The area is beautiful, quite large beach, huge territory to explore, playgrounds for kids are everywhere which is a great plus if you travel with kids. We were off season, September, there were still a lot of people, but you can only feel it during the breakfast and dinner hours. Nice views, the apartment we stayed in was very comfortable, cozy with all you need for the rest.
    • The family apartment was new and modern
    • Accommodation, facilities

    Cons -

    • The sea entrance is stony, with a lot of small and big stones, quite shallow, you need to walk a lot to reach at least waist. Maybe we chose the wrong entrance on the beach.
    • First morning we were greeted by our stairs all covered with stinky smelly stuff, that was clearly put there on purpose (nobody would wander up the private stairs to 1 floor on accident). Cleaning staff were there smiling and had no intention to do anything until we started taking photos. Complaint to Customer Service did nothing.A few days later someone opened the door with a keycard („do not disturb” was on), quickly realized we were inside and ran off…The territory is enormous and thus not well maintained, half of it being ghetto houses standing 20cm from each other (aka „mobile homes”). Just walking there was scary.Kids playgrounds are either paid separately or located in front of people’s terraces, making you both uncomfortable. Sun beds are extra price.Even though modern our apartment had sewer smell, lots of ants and half-working shower head. The queues for check-out are unbelievable.
    • The food we had was inedible. Pizza for me, undercooked, soggy and horrible. Burger for my husband. Meat was solid, tasteless and cold.

The beach, animation at the theater, kids club, the pool, the ship playground.

There were to many options that would cost us extra and for the price we paid, this could have been all included. Electric scooters should be forbidden.

The beach was nice and cleaned every morning, The new pools were a blast for the kids.

The AC unit broke for our last 2 days and nothing was possible to make it work :(

The resort is huge, with all the necessary facilities and a lot of attractions. Often you dont even need to leave the site, as you have everything at the resort.

Due to the size of the resort, often they lose quality for quantity (f.e. the cleanliness of the room, the service at the restaurant, long wait at the check-in desk etc.).Also, as the place is really crowdy, it might not be suitable for people who are looking for peaceful vacation.

The staff was super friendly and kind. The apartments were quiet. The swimming pools were clean and nice to use. The lifeguard on duty was very helpful when we encountered an accident.

One shower had extreme water pressure out of the hand held hose, the top showerhead dripped out the sides of the faucet vs the actual shower head. The other shower/tub, the tub function didn't work when selected but was on the whole time when using either shower setting. We only got new towels once... we stayed 10 days. There was nothing to clean up the kitchen and table in between meals. no spray, no towels, we had to buy some.... The wait to check in was ridiculous. So long. The fact that every little thing was a charge got annoying. We were so tired of paying for things at the end. Plus when we tried to pay for the cafeteria food, they turned us down for being too full... even when we could see tables inside and outside. Not wheelchair accessible in most places.

It was a nice stay with nice surroundings and delicious buffet, big apartment. We will definitely come back

The pillow were terrible because they are very uncomfortable to sleep on it due to they are really high. But it’s just a small thing ?

This hotel offers good value for money. This is a great resort for families with children to relax.

Because the resort is so large, it was difficult to find the location of the accommodation.I searched for 30 minutes because the staff didn't tell me that the room was on the 2nd floor.

    - Irene at reception was very nice- we have received a room upgrade witch was a nice gesture - beds were really comfy- the shower was by all means the best part of the apartament - I recommend enjoying it as a coupe.

    - it was hard to get a hold of someone at reception via booking messages and the phone kept disconnecting - the food in the buffet restaurant was terribly overpriced and really very bad quality - its much better to cook by yourself and save some money.- huge amount of children everywhere

    Management can be more transparent

We stayed when was opened first day this spring season.Apartment was good, but no kitchen facilities like kitchen tissue papers, washing liquid, scrubbers. We were disappointed to see orange coloured water (muddy) from the taps inside the apartment. Moreover highest disappointment is none of the activities like water park, swimming, golf etc were not opened but it was told on the phone to us, that it will be opened .

Whole resort has so much to offer, especially for kids. A lot of entertainment throughout the whole day.

Beach is sandy with no shade, not my personal preference.Rooms are small and very very basic, not modern.

    10KarmenPosted on: 10-29-2024

One receptionist named Krešimir was especially positive, helpful and kind. This made our stay so much better!

It was easy to get lost (especially at night), you need more signs that show the way to the reception (and other facilities)!

    8ChunlaiPosted on: 10-28-2024

The room is spacious and comfortable, the shower is very good.

    Air-conditioning didn't work.

    6KendalPosted on: 10-28-2024

The property was lovely with walkways and lots of trees. Good sports facilities and pools. Excellent choice for families and children with plenty to do and entertainment. Supermarket on site had a lot of choice. Close to NIN and Queen Beach where u can put mud on yourself which was fun. Easy to get outside transport and close to Zadar attractions.

We extended our stay with a new booking and they did not come and clean the room or change the linens.the fact that you have to pay for beach loungers and umbrellas as an extra when you are already paying to stay in the resort.

Good location, wide range of food

    mosqitos, bed was not comfy

    9SarahPosted on: 10-26-2024

All facilities and areas really clean. Staff all lovely. Food was good and different selections each night.

We didn't have any communications that apart from the adult pool everything else activity wise was closed. We worked around it but it would have been nice to warn the children as we were all expecting to do the activities advertised.

    7CrystalPosted on: 10-22-2024

The beach area and pools were lovely.

The male bar staff at the pool were rude at times and honestly couldn't be bothered. However, the. reception staff did, help us out when needed. We did stay at the end of the season, so many of the facilities were closed down.

    10KadraPosted on: 10-19-2024

The whole resort was amazing, it was out of season however that was just right for us. The swimming pool was amazing that we stayed at the pool everyday. The main pool complex was closed so we used the one above the restaurant which has amazing views.

If you are using Bolts from the resort, please allow more time as our driver was coming from Zadar which is good 25mins drive. We had the same lovely driver 3 times.
