Pros +
- The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Room was very clean, bed was beyond comfortable and the robes were awesome. I especially loved the shower gel and lotion. Smell was amazing.

- The staff was wonderful. They basically jumped at the opportunity to be helpful. The location is amazing, and so is the building itself. So much character. The view was great. This hotel is terrific. Not enough good adjectives exist to describe it. :-)
Cons -
- My only feedback is location of my room was in a very busy area of hotel and was quite noisy early in the morning and at night. Otherwise my stay was perfect and I would return w my family again.
- We couldn't get a cocktail at the restaurant bar in the evening. No bartenders were available.
- The room did smell musty/damp

Staff was excellent, breakfast was very good. Location was excellent.
