- place is a little run down, some places outside need good scrubbing, there is nobody at the desk during the day or night, so last night a group of drunks arrived around midnight talking loudly for about an hour using vulgar worlds, and nobody was around to quiet them - what a shame

When booking be careful not to go into "podzamcze". That is some kind of a joke. Dirty, withoug any lights outside. That is shed prepared a bit for humans. There is another very peculiar thing- breakfast. They are serving it at 8.00 am. When U moving to start breakfast at 8 is no no.Avoid that place at any cost.

The exterior of the castle building and grounds, as well as the neighbouring lake, are amazing.
The interiors of the hotel feel worn as if they were refurbished 15 years ago then not actively maintained; old bed sheets, peeling wallpaper, crumbling plaster etc.The location is amazing and the hotel has great potential, but a little overpriced as it is currently.
