Stuff friendly

I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay with the amenities advertised, but unfortunately, it was not as described.The breakfast was extremely poor – only bread, a few croissants, and cold eggs, far from the variety shown online. The Wi-Fi worked but was very slow and unreliable. The restaurant food was also disappointing in both quality and taste. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the swimming pool, but upon arrival, I was told it wasn’t included in the price. Instead, they offered a “50% discount” on entry, which still cost €50 per day – something that should have been made clear before booking.Overall, the property did not meet expectations and felt misleading compared to the listing. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in transparency, amenities, and service.

Well location near by motorway

Them rooms, as we requested three rooms with separated beds, but one king bed and one small bed where I was not even able to stretch my legs was horrible, reception told us that hotel is fully booked but next door person received new room when we start the party in the evening. I never make a bad review but this hotel flashing with 4 star's is not more then two. Food in the restaurant super expensive and not even tasty. Room's just F1 quality and price ridiculous. Wake up and tell people the truth!

The location of the hotel is very good . The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Food was tasty and reasonable prices. Definitely will stay when come back Napoli

we arrived late night with a van with large trailer, plenty of the parking and this gives huge plus to the property, dinner was great although we arrived late night. extra large and cold beer bottle xxl size 0,66Lit was awesome and the best part of the stay.Anyhow the hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel, guess Italian hotel star rating is different than what I used to see as 4 star hotel but it was a really good vibe place with friendly staff, kudos to the staff

as we arrived late hot water wasn't available, bed was very low, shaky with a poor mattress, lots of mold of walls and in the bathroom, .... overall lack of the maintenance,
