Pros +
- All of the meals that we had were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. We were happy to have an elevator with this stop. This is the nicest hotel that we have stayed at in Germany during our five week day.
- nice location
- Friendly staff, very clean hotel. The restaurant AusZeit is pretty fantastic. Excellent menu, wine menu choices and breakfast. Small fitness room and a games room with table tennis and table football in the basement. Unfortunately, due to the weather, none of the outdoor facilities could be used. The room had a view of the landscaped garden.
Cons -
- missing room service (3 nights – no body change towel, clean room)
- At this price point, one would expect coffee/tea making facilities and refrigerator in each room.
- Bed was too soft, room was cold. Around 19-20C Heating didn't work.
