- Nice Rooms with lot of space. we only see the receptionist in the morning but she was very nice!
Cons -
- When we came the door was locked. Had to call a number listed on door. Called 3 times and they said hello and hung up. No response. Then 25 minutes later someone pulls up to the hotel and lets us in. We never got a code for the lock box to enter. parking?
- Check in , better communication, no person available to assist , waited 45 minutes to enter hotel in the rain. Was not the only person that this happened to.Had to call my sister in Munich to notice them to let me in
- we had a kid at 11 months and got a room on 3th floor and the elevator only went to 2th floor why we had to carry the stroller the last floor. normally no problem but the hallway was very small.
