- The hotel was very clean and fitness center had decent enough equipment to use. You must ask for key to the fitness center, but I understand because they are a family friendly hotel and want to keep children out. The steam radiator heater enabled the room to stay at a comfortable temperature even thought it was about 27 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Nice view of hillside from the window. The staff was friendly and one lady in the morning spoke fluent English while the lady in the evening spoke little but was enough for us to communicate well.

- The walls were very thin, the guest in the next room was very loud and kept me up late. Beds were just mattresses on the floor and very hard, so with that and the loud guest, I barely got any sleep. They charged me for breakfast even though I did not eat breakfast. I was in an a hurry while checking out so didn’t bother to argue with the charges. There was a few channels on TV, but most showed no video signal. Wven though I don’t understand German, if I did, the tv channel selection would have been disappointing. While they showed free WiFi, it was only in common areas and required username and password to use, I didn’t use it.
