Location ,greenery & staff very helpful and caringOur stay in hazel suite room excellent.

the place is away from the highways and citylife. which is a good place to have a break from routine. the rooms were clean and with all the required amenities. the meals were exceptional.the only negative is that they need to maintain their play area.

The staff was helpful.Some of the staff were nosy. Peeking into the room during delivery of food.

All amenities need servicing.No body wash or soap was provided.Games in the game room is almost useless. Snooker stick was broken stuck with a tape. Food was bad. Taste and quality both were bad.

Disappointed with the non customer centric approach

One of the most pathetic experiences at Fern Hotel Abhapur Polo Forest. No customer centricity. Caring only about revenue with no intention to retain or have repeat customer. Although I had selected 4:adults and 1 children in booking.com there system showed only 4: adults and I have forced to pay 1000 rs. They invited corporate booking while my family was at swimming pool making the experience uncomfortable for family.

The location of the resort is excellent amid forests. It offers peace and a calm environment for a weekend holiday from Ahmedabad. The breakfast and other meal options are good with reasonable variety in the menu.

The resort was nice full of greenery beautiful layout.The rooms were nice too.

1.The bathroom was getting water clogged. 2.In the restaurant they said they serve non- veg but despite asking non-veg was either taking long or not being served.3.The massage in the Spa was v good but the room and towels were smelling of oil and were dirty. 4. The events like trekking etc could be better organised with a professional guide.

Property was good with all amenities.

Ground Floor rooms didn’t have any view except for a small window near the door. There is no view of the outside, which is fabulous from the GF rooms. These rooms are priced lower.

The Fern Sattva Resort exceeded all expectations as a scenic hotel perfect for family outings and weekend getaways. The breathtaking views, spacious rooms, and impeccable service provided an unforgettable experience. Special shout out to young man from restaurant named Rakesh and Mr. Suraj from front desk, they were very polite and took care of all our needs. The delightful culinary options catered to all tastes, and the family-friendly amenities ensured a memorable stay. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation amidst nature's beauty.

Very nice property. Good for family or group outings. Kids have several outdoor play options. The Manager- Mr.Bhawani Singh, kindly accomodated our request. Food was very delicious. They organise a morning jungle hike as well as campfire in night.

The guide who took us on the excursions was really good. He took good care of the group and was also a bit adventurous which was fun.The food at the restaurant was good. The standards were high.

The check in lacked information. Ie How to connect to wifi. Location of restaurant. Opening times for the gym etc.Also there were no instruction on the glass doors of the gym in terms of opening times etc and door was mostly locked.On our last day we changed to go for a swim around 10:30 and the pool had been closed for treatment. There was no notice of this in the morning nor a sign up anywhere.. We just bumped into the pool guy who said its closed. Not ideal for a paying guest.The occupancy at the hotel was low on one night however there was no notice again to say the buffet was closed and we have to order a la carte style. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:40 and the staff were having a team meeting and ignored us when the restaurant should have opened at 7:30.The staff also requested us to fill a form and provide feedback after every meal. That’s a bit unnecessary.

The property is placed nice with good views around. The suit was big enough, Good connectivity with the activities and trekking going on around the area.

The front desk staff wasn't as resposinve as you would expect them to be, I asked for cleaning of the rooms which didn't happen until the next day, Unless told and explained I was going to be charged for the swim suits that were unused and were informed in the house keeping a day earlier to collect them back from my room. The food wasn't what you would expect a Fern hotel would have. No privacy around the pool, all customers who wouldn't want to swim were sitting right next to the pool in clusters. Very Loud music around the pool which doesn't help in having a good swim with your partner. Totally disappointed in terms of the amount that was paid for the stay. Wouldn't recommend for couples.

Prompt service, food , ambience.

Bit overpriced. It's not a big place as it's being claimed. Overcrowding due to local walk-in visitors. Staff needs more training.Almost no mobile network except Jio. Poor internet connectivity in room.

The staff was excellent. Bhavani and Narayan at the front office and Prashant at the restaurant were really helpful. The property is beautiful and it is perfect for families and groups, couples as well as solo travelers. Children have a lot to do with the pool, garden, outdoor activities as well as an indoor games room.
