- We arrived in the evening and were not told that there would be no dinner available, even though we asked about it in German. A bar was open but the large crowd from a group tour meant that the one waiter was overwhelmed and there was no possibility of getting even bar food to eat. There is no other place to eat in Alexisbad.
- Zero communication. No reply to emails, no reply to phone calls. My girlfriend broke her leg and we couldnt reach anyone from the hotel
