The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the interior is beautiful. The restaurant staff is excellent, but the menu selection is limited. There are only two dishes for children. However, it's definitely worth visiting because the food is great. :)

A comfortable and nice hotel, very popular with tourists. We enjoyed the breakfast, the bed was comfortable and cozy.

There is no tourist information in English. It is very difficult if you do not speak Polish or German at all.

Breakfast was outstanding, so was the Lunch and Dinner. Room was clean but quite small. Pet are allowed. Overall a good experience.

The restaurant was not very good. The food was boring and did not arrive at the same time. We had to contact the waiters several times. I got a warm beer that was undrinkable.

Started of good but deteriorated every day

Room was not cleaned or vacuumed everyday and beds not made. Only clean towels everyday.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with complementary bottled water. There is dedicated space for storage of bikes which was extremely helpful for us. The breakfast was excellent.

The restaurant was very good.The staff were not initially welcoming but when asked questions they were very helpful.

That I had to carry my heavy suitcase to the first floor.The room’s provisions were only 1 tea bag and 1 coffee sachet.There was no mini fridge.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room, good location close to the Muzakowski Park and only a short distance from Geopark. A very good base for the day trips for a nature lover eager to explore the beautiful forest area.

There's only one thing I missed while staying there - would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Rooms are not very soundproof, I could hear my neighbours left and right.

The hotel was nice and the restaurant it’s good, we only have an issue with the young waitress at breakfast, she was super rude.

The young blond waitress and the room had a weird smelled (probably food from the restaurant)

Great value and good location.

Reception staff could have been a bit more friendly. The bathroom was tiny.

breakfast was VERY good. room was clean. the most challenging was parking. at that point there was a party celebration or etc. so it was very loud and was very challenging to park a car. although after midnight there were free spaces. it means that parking can be occupied be some event that take place in hotel.

False advertising: (1) room in the attic circa 8 m² useful area, with sloping ceiling (not possible to get off the bed) was described and sold as premium, 16 m²; (2) instead of advertised marital bed, two small beds were put together (very uncomfortable). Vacuum cleaning started at 7 o'clock in the morning on a holiday; nonetheless, the room was not cleaned properly - old spider nets throughout the window. Breakfast - plentiful, but low quality tasteless products. On-site restaurant - mixed quality, from completely inedible (fish, potato pancakes, salad) to really good (focaccia); note that wine is about 25% more expensive than in Bad Muskau castle.
