Please inform Ocean Crest Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that the property requires a booking deposit of 50% of the total booking amount to be paid on the day of booking. Staff will contact guests with payment instructions. Please Note : - Luggage storage can be provided on request. - Assistance on request: Tours, Doctor ,Laundry ,Breakfast can be arranged - Back up power for 1 fan + 1 Light in each room. - Suites and Deluxe rooms are provided with a refrigerator. The Front Desk timings are 9 am to 6 pm. For checking in after 6 pm, guests need to contact the property directly. Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in. The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord. The Guest must successfully complete an application process as required by the Host and/or Landlord. Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.
