The location is amazing. The hotel is located in a quiet park complex just a few minutes walk to the water, and the town of Plau am See. Really lovely.
This is a 4 star hotel, but doesn't provide the amenities or comfort one would expect in a 4 star hotel. For what it offers, I feel that it is overpriced. We were there in mid August, so it was extremely hot, as none of the rooms, breakfast area, etc.. have air conditioning.
The staff were very polite and helpful.
There were no blinds or shutters in the room so the room got flooded with light in the morning
Friendly breakfast staff
The bottle of water in the hotel room was not for free as one would expect…but was expensive.
The breakfast was very good with a lot of selection to eat
