An old hotel maybe overpriced, we only needed to stay for the night. It's a little bit of from the autobahn. There is a strange smell in the hotel. The rooms luckily didn't smell. The room window had no curtins it was hard to get the kids to sleep. The window was open when we arrived and hatd to close. The babycrib was missing a part of madrass it was to soft so the baby sank in it and slept bad.

We had two rooms, and one was in better condition than the other (who had that old smell of smoking being allowed). Still, both were tastefully decorated and spacious. Really appreciated that they accepted pets. Staff was kind and service minded.
Some areas felt a bit in need of a refresh. Breakfast on Sunday wasn’t until 8 which was a bit late for us who were just stopping on the way, but probably make sense. It was hard to find hotels in the are which is why we booked this. However, it took longer to get on/off the motorway than expected but that’s obviously not the hotels fault.

Lübz is a dead town. This is not a place to visit.I'm sorry to report the hotel 'staff' on arrival were rather lacking. I asked about a coffee and was told simply 'No'. In a hotel? Staff left the building at 8pm, offering the advice 'There's a pizza restaurant round the corner for refreshments'. I was taken aback. This is not the way to treat customers.

Fan in a bathroom works very loud and light from the refrigerator must be covered at night. Water in the room costs 2,1€ per bottle.
