From warm pastries to a variety of fruits and savory dishes, there was something for everyone. The quality and presentation were impressive, making for a wonderful start to our day. Additionally, the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. Situated in a central area, we found it easy to explore the city on foot, with many of the main attractions just a short walk away. This made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Great location, right at the beach, almost exactly in the middle between Kühlungsborn Ost and West, so you can get to both sides easily.
Quality of service far below that experienced in cheaper accommodation. Staff not willing to provide any flexibility. Breakfast is currently served in 3 different time slots. I asked to choose a different slot on my last day as I had to leave early to catch my train home. They said this was not possible because if everybody did this they would get in trouble for breaking the rules around the Covid-19 restrictions. This of course does not make any sense as people check in and out every day, so there will always be different numbers of people selecting the different time slots. It was pure laziness and simply bad customer service. I therefore ended up having to have breakfast at 7am every day just so I could leave on time on my last day. The breakfast itself was ok, good selection, some items very tasty, but others not so fresh.The rooms are a decent size but not very modern, with stains on the walls and other signs that a renovation is overdue.
