- We could not use the room. There was no elevator (which was mentioned in the facilities). My wife is disabled. She could not climb the three flights of stairs to reach the room.
- The spa facilities were a bit disappointing. One small sauna. Showers could stay on longer- spa guests behave more responsibly than usual patrons at swimming pool.While the room was clean overall some surfaces had clearly not been cleaned in a while

Breakfast was amazing, the buffet had everything one could possibly want. English breakfast favourites like eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, but also croissants, rolls (the plain ones weren't the best, but the others were great), a variety of breads. Several jams, Nutella, honey, etc... Plenty of fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurts, quark, salads (herring, egg, couscous), plus all the usual German sausage slices, hams, salmon, herring, roll mops, and of course cheeses... Sometimes there was porridge, too. All in all, great quality and far too much to try everything.
The towels could have been a little fluffier, and I would have preferred a shower to a bath with a very dodgy shower hose. The duvets were a little on the thin side, too, but they were warmer than I thought.

The location was perfect and I had a room with a sea view. It has quite possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Feather pillows get a big tick. Breakfast was also superb, faultless and bountiful.
Very clean room. Good size and location. If you like putting two army cots together as a luxury couples' bed, this is your place. Then have a Joe Cocker karaoke band blast their slamming tunes in your window all night; wow, you're in for a treat of treats.
