Good breakfast, very nice location, comfortable, though small rooms.

Temperature in breakfast room was unpleasantly high, ventilation or air conditioning would have been appreciated. Dinner price (45€) not justified for the quality of food. Price for a pet (20€/day) exaggerated. Generally price / quality ratio of the resort was not quite a match...

Warm swimming pools for adults and kids! Very near the beach! Free gym, billiards and ping pong

We appreciated that you could use a washing machine (for a small fee).

We were quite disappointed with the accommodation as they do NOT clean apartments at all and if you need change the towels you would have to pay 3EUR/person which is rediculous:-( we paid a lot and cleaning should be standard. Breakfast and dinner were fine nothing special but it was OK.

Perfect location at the beach. Good hotel facilities like gym, pool, billiard, table tennis, etc. Nice breakfast buffet.

No parking at the hotel available. Wifi was very weak at our room!

-Familyhotel (with offcourse crying yelling kids)-Sandflees-U have to book ur parkingspot at forehand otherwise u have a problem on crowded days-Having breakfast can be a stressed experience cause of all the other people having and trying to get their food breakfast buffet at the same time, its really really noisy.-44euro for an evening buffet…really? The single room was already 210 euro, u have to order breakfast as well (19 euro) if u want something to eat.

Buffet meals of poor value for money; low quality wine served with no choice apart from the bulk wine provided; trolley to assist with luggage to room would be helpful; poor air circulation in room, no ceiling fan, poor value for 4 star facility

Very Nice location - near the sand beach.Pet friendly - very nice welcoming and little snack for our dog.

English language - A big issue for the staff.Can speak Only Deutsch. It should not be a problem for 4 star hotel. Also the prices did not match the quality of the services. We are quite disappointed.

Very nice location, super nice breakfast. The sauna and swimming pool were great.

The bed was very uncomfortable - the mattresses were moving around, always needed to be pushed back together, and over all not really comfortable.

Nice rooms, sufficient space, quite some playgrounds, beach right next to hotel. It's very quiet with lot's of older people. Looks quite good for children although we didn't see any other kids than ours.

The sea water unfortunately was smelly and thus we didnt have mich fun at our time of the stay. Also very unpleasant was that the tap water had the same stinge and was not useable – the staff only told they'd have the technicians have a look at it.

It was renovated and the location is cozy

The dinner salon wasn’t to clean. The carpet was disgusting and the food not healthy. Bad wine, no yougurt for breakfast and oily omelet. The beach was full of seaweed

2out of 3 restaurants at hotel was closed.Beach was nice but full of seaweed, not possible to swim due to that.

The swimming pool is very good (size and temperature).Localisation also is good.

The buildings are a little bit old (but the appartement was modern)The breakfast could be better.

The beach and water were amazing.

There are a lot of mosquitoes. Also the hotel restaurants did not function because of the Corona situation. The staff appeared to be very stressed and overworked.

Everything only in German language so if you do not speak German, it could be problem.Dead insect on the walls in the room☹️.

Wellness wasn’t really available when we were there.

Great apartment, comfortable and well equipped.SPA had large pool and a range of saunas with fantastic staff that performed regular "aufguss". Evening buffe was well worth the extra cost and staff in the restaurant were very service minded.Close to the beach and lovely walks for our dogs.

We visited a bit out of season and most shops and other places were closed. Having said that, the resort had all we wished for.

Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Great breakfast with huge selection. Tasty dinner buffet. Indoor game rooms and indoor pool. Beautiful beach just one minute from our room. Electric car charging with realistic pricing.
