The staff was very helpful when I needed to check-in after 22h. The room is huge and quiet and the breakfast complete.

room was large and very clean, honesty bar stocked with wine - which was ideal since there was not much else to be done on a winters night after 8:30 pm
not great for a one night stay. sauna open between 12-6. you can check in at 3. you leave at 11. if you want to enjoy the facilities don’t be late for check in. or you can buy sauna time ‘private use’. dinner seating between 6:00 and 7:30 and then all is quiet from 8:30 onwards. so, turned out to be a poor choice for our particular travel plans, having checked in at 6 and checking out at 11 am.

The outdoor "heated" pool was actually not warm! Maybe that's how spas are here in Germany.
