- The hotel and food are average, not special. But we did stay there in september and still now they block my creditcard for 1160 euro. We paid everything upfront, they confirmed there was nothing left to pay. We phoned and mailed several times. They always ask the same questions, they don’t want to understand English. Our money is still blocked on the creditcard! So this is the only way to maybe get them unblock it.

Friendly staff,room was very clean and modern,view was great from balcony .Restaurant was excellent as were the restaurant staff. It was exactly as advertised.

The room was big and clean with a good atmosphere. The wellness are was the highlight of the hotel with a nice view to the forest. Breakfast was also good with a rich amount of variety.
Bathroom was small compared to the size of the room. The service personal did not give us much information about the hotel and how it works.
They took money from the credit card for a service that was not provided. They do not answer Emails
