The hotel bathroom was clean and the beds. The receptionist was very accommodating. The hotel was not in central Nagykanizsa as I thought it would be and the restaurant, bar and club were closed and have been closed for some time. I

Great for an overnight stay on a journey, close enough and easy to get to from the motorway and offers generous parking. Clean, spatious and comfortable enough. Uncomplicated. Great value!

That it was close to restaurants to dine and breakfast

When we arrived we made the check in the lady asked if we want to’ breakfast in the morning ,we said yes and she asked 8€for person included a 3years old child.We refused and said we will not breakfast there .In the room were bugs,the fridge good for nothing,the shower terible condition.But the drop wich fullify the glass was that in the morning at 6:00 a terible onion smell wake me up.When we left the room all the coridor smells like onion and i felt like i want to trow out.Doesnt diserve 4 stars,maybe just 1!!!!

Balcony, a good thing for smokers.

It can be a highway motel at most! It is completely partitioned from plasterboard, from 7 in the morning you can hear the washing machines and the noise from the whole floor. Dirty bathroom, 10-15 year old refrigerator not cleaned, non-functional AC, to use the safe you have to ask for the key from the reception, it is locked, the wallpaper on the walls torn, dust not wiped off for weeks. Price according to skyrocketing hotel prices was affordable here.

Very sad to see a complex building with bar, restaurant, hotel with astonishing design is not cared about, not doing maintenance and let the owners sink to dust.

Good location not far from the highway. Easy for a night stop. Big rooms. There is supermarket beside the hotel. Cake shop at the back and a little local bar on the other side of the road just opposite the coop supermarket. Nice area.

The staff at the breakfast was friendly and helpful and able to speak several languages. The room is appropriate for the price.

The hotel should consider some investment in the facility to improve the stay experience; specifically, carpets in the rooms should be changed, and extensive cobwebs under the hotel glass lobby ceilings could be removed. We expected more empathy from the staff at the reception desk if there were no other guests instead of us in the late evening to accompany a guest to the room who had visible problems with walking due to his leg injury.

Awful

Just awful. Dirty & in serious need of maintenance (door handle fell off, lose window sill, broken toilet seat). Walls are thin so you can hear everything fromadjoining rooms & corridors. empty cupboard where fridge used to be covered in dirt & cobwebs. Hair & crumbs in the bed. Inedible breakfast.

Absolutely nothing

It was dirty, staff were unfriendly, room was filthy, no kettle in room, dirty sheets, blood on sheets, beds extremely poor condition, broken shower, filthy bathroom, no actual breakfast, no tea available at all. Rude night staff locked door to prevent exit Incase of fire. Stairs locked at night leaving only the lift to evacuate which is a fire hazard. Absolutely disgusting hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located not far from the highway but in a rather quiet zone. Rooms were ok.

Staff was not wearing masks, even in the restaurant and serving food. Breakfast choice was limited.

I cannot understand how can a hotel of this caliber have adults sleep on a sofa and ask for the full price as we would expect sleeping on normal beds!Extremely disappointing!
