Hotel Mayer Alsóörs

Very nice hotel, way nicer than on the photos. Great pool for our 2 little kids (1 and 3 years old). Very friendly and helpful staff. We had booked 1 night and ended up staying for 5 in total, would definitely go back!

We got a bigger room for the same price which was extremly nice. The stuff was smiling and trying to help and of course the unbeatable breakfast.

I would like th pool.to ne a bit warmed, but children still.enjoyed it.

Wow, it was amazing. Staff were fantastic, facilities were outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, location was ideal, I would definitely come back and stay longer.

We had four people in one room, would not recommend this for longer stays. We were kept awake by noisy guests in their room, but not the fault of the hotel.

Pools, food, employees.

We loved everything in this property. Exceptionally clean, the garden a dream, spa the same. The food was very tasty. We only stayed one night but we want to come back for a longer stay. We were very pleased.

Only the big pillows were a bit uncomfortable for us but otherwise it was a dream come true.

The staff is very nice. The services are excellent.

The price was a bit high, but we arrived during a special period, New Year's Eve.

Our room at the hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. Parking was also available and free next to the accommodation.

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms, easy access even arrived back late night.The resting area in the garden pretty, comfortable, the wellness section very clean.

Some staff was not quite frendly, polite. they were making faces…

Breakfast was perfect. Everything you could possibly ask for was there, with the highest quality ingredients available. Very refreshing. And the breakfast room was charming. The room we were given overlooked the spa and pool and had the most beautiful hand-painted flowers on the walls. Best sleep we had on the entire trip.

This is quiet place near the Balaton lake. Dinner buffet was good. Staff was good and helpful. it’s near the Alsoors bus and train station. Hotel and Room was clean. They do provide the sewing kit, shampoo, shower gel, earbuds and shoe cleaner.

They don’t have much options in breakfast. They must provide the daily stuff like Toothpaste and toothbrush, shaving cream and razors. Laundry service was not to the point took a days to get back my laundry(1 and half day almost). They don’t have a la carta only buffet option.

One time mistake, never again.

Never again. Needed to pay for a bed which was never in use. Arranged on check in to not need the bed, charged extra on the check out. Apparently not possible for the hotel to point out an error in the booking at check-in, even though all guests were present at check-in. Total failure.

Comfortable and clean with great pool, bar and entertainment.

Wish they could provide single beds.

To many wasp specially around the pool so we couldn’t use it needs a proper control of that.

a bit confused that “double room with extra bed” means one single bed with one extra single bed, thought it should be a double bed with extra single bed for kid.
