    Pros +

    • great location, beautiful view from the room, an overall pretty hotel right by the beach. tea and coffee in the room were generous which we really appreciated.

    • Great location. Super clean. Excellent food

    Cons -

    • disappointed in the level of service provided, this hotel doesn't meet the 5 star standard at all. there were 4 employees who presented wonderful customer skills: Sindy from the SPA, Matej from the kitchen, a tall slim waiter working around the middle section and the tall thin reception guy with glasses. they really tried their best to make the guests feel good. there is not much parking available and only a few spots in the shade and you still have to pay for it.we didn't like that one night with balkan rally guests who came with fancy cars and were allowed special treatment that disturbed our relaxation. the guests were playing their own music in the bar from a speaker (facing our balcony) and others were playing the piano downstairs which had a card saying not to play it. it happened past 10pm when we were trying to sleep and the sound carried over to our room. no one at the reception said or did anything, it was very disappointing. luckily that lasted only one night.the rooms are pretty but there is little sound isolation and the cleaning ladies come as early as 8 am and the noise woke us up everyday while we tried to sleep in. the floor was vacuumed maybe twice during our 10 nights stay. considering there are tiles, we could see hair and dust balls from under the bed.food was good but very repetitive and local food was minimal. we were missing local pastries and more local cousine. instead it was too general and too "westernized". drinks at dinner had to be paid for but it took a long time for the waiters to bring them. on our last day we came to dinner at 8.30 which is close to closing and we were not offered drinks at all.overall, we did not feel pampered as would be expected from such high standard of a hotel. we experienced a significantly higher standard of service at 4 star hotels. for this reason, we would not visit again and definitely not during the season as we don't feel it's worth the value.
    • We had ants in our room. Asked the staff to accommodate another room and they would not.
    • Only as minor remark...The difference between everything possible attitude of people at reception versus staff in restaurant or in the bar that is not always so happy to serve you, also exceptions there of course with some very nice people.

Excellent superb location just 5m from the sea. Great facilities including the spa, gym, pools, sunbads, beach bars, etc. Very friendly staff ready to engage and service guests immediately. Easy parking in and out managed by hotel staff. Located at the starting point of the Tucepi promenade.

All staff members were very polite and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner offer excellent. The wood area with the restaurant. This location made it possible to endure the heat in shadow.

Great room, pool, and awesome hotel staff! Breakfast and dinner were quite good with many different options. We took room with sea view - and I recommend it!!! We will definitely come again. :)

Close to the beach, clean, 3 outdoors pool, nice terrace drink and enjoy the sunset, amazing view (if u have sea view), good big buffet for dinner and breakfast and fresh make food, 30-60 min beautiful walk to Makarska, also nice for running

Saunas are small for the capacity of the hotel, no music inside, smells bad, not enough room for relax. The bed isn’t so comfortable, 8€/ day parking

We visited the place in early October, outside the main season. Arrived early, and they kindly checked us in immediately. We mainly selected the hotel for its location- on the outskirt of Tucepi ( enhances the feeling of tranquillity ) and within walking distance to Makarska ( bigger city ). The room was nice, and the view outstanding.

The variety and the quality of the food served ( presented in a buffet style) for breakfast and dinner was very good. However, the at times chaotic atmosphere in the restaurant ruined the experience; rush for the tables for dinner, slow serving of the drinks etc. This did affect the whole experience of the stay.

They upgraded our room to amazing seaside mansion. The staff was super nice. Food was fresh and delecious. Beachfront was clean with crystal clear sea. It was an amazing hi end experience. We will come back.

    Additional parking fee.

Perfect location, sense of luxury but at the same time very family friendly. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We felt very welcome and we will come back. We were upgraded and got a room with an sea view. Definitely worth booking with a view! The restaurant terrace and the view is just breathtaking. Great buffet for breakfast and dinner.Great pool bar and great beach bar with delicious snacks. The pools!

Live music was too loud when you're trying to put a baby to sleep in a room facing the terrace.Poor noise insulation between rooms.Open bathroom.

Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice. Lovely pool and spa. The beach and swimming area was great. The rooms were clean and good bed and crisp sheets. The dinner was also excellent. We just came for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the choice available. For 35 euros, and half price for children.

The lighting was too bright in the rooms especially. The decor in the rooms could have been more tasteful and a bit less tacky for such a stylish hotel in general.

    9AarePosted on: 10-16-2024

Very good location for swimming enjoyers. Very beautiful view! Restaurant was good and we enjoyed breakfest and dinner.

If in the hotel quite a lot clients even in the beginning of October there could be live music.

Great location, amazing view , easy access to the beach, food was tasty and good variety

    9IvanPosted on: 10-13-2024

We really liked the breakfast, it's at the level of a 5-star hotel. The outdoor pool is excellent and long and the view from the rooms is fantastic. Bed is great.

The lack of an indoor pool (it's obviously a summer hotel), a small spa where, of the two saunas, the steam room doesn't work. A small room with a shower separated by a curtain, a separate toilet without towels and soap, and a small and inappropriate lobby for a 5-star hotel. The noise of the pumps from the pool is strong and it is not a very peaceful night on the sea side.

    9FamilyPosted on: 10-11-2024

Absolutely great beach area. Shadow under the trees. Enough sunbeds, separate cafe-restaurant in beach area.Great people servicing breakfast. Spectacular see view from the roomNice 30 min promenade walking with lots of cafe

The design in the hotel (lobby, floors) is boring and does not fit hotel rating. No shuttle bus service to Makarski city, you have to order taxi (15-20 eur for 5 min trip)At breakfast - the fresh juice was mixed with lots of ices. this worsened the quality. No free bottle of water in the room. I believe for high end hotel this should be offered

    10RistoPosted on: 10-10-2024

    Beautiful location with a great views and very clean and beautiful beaches; the breakfast bar was great and the staff were very friendly;

There’s nothing that we didn’t like about the property

    9majeshnaPosted on: 10-8-2024

The hotel was fully booked except this offer on Booking but they upgraded us to a Junior Suite with the sea view. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing feeling to take shower while seeing the sea and the palm trees! Very polite and professional staff that truly listen to you and look at you in the eyes. So genuine and kind.Great food at the buffet restaurant, some food is made in front of you from some of the best chefs in the area.Very quiet hotel, full of light and small details that make your stay comfortable.2 swimming pools, one smaller at the terrace with the caffe bar, other infinity pool below near the a'la carte restaurant. Beach is just in front of the hotel, the view at island Hvar.

Small area for spa & wellness but they have amazing massages so I did not mind the absence of jacuzzi also.
