- We loved the property and the location, a very nice room but for me a mimimalist a little over fussy and a little tired Excellent breakfast wait good selection not great coffee but good value The couple that run the hotel were so hard working have only been there 2 weeks and know it needs a little tweaking

Cons -
- The experience in the restaurant it was chaos we had to find someone to find our table we booked and a very sweet girl found it,we sat and waited and waited after a while she asked if we wanted drinks we did and also menu would be good, we got the drinks and we waited after some time she was back so pleased she had found one menu eventually she took the order and the food was tasty. But she never came back so we gave up on coffee or desserts so we left asking to put the food on our roomThe problem was the were a couple of large groups staying and eating, there was no one in charge and things were overlooked Such a shame it a great place

- No major problems:Bathroom (room 61, single) needs a tidy up - e,g. shower curtain too long.Lumpy pillow.Duvet was a light & cool for winter.

I arrived too late to get dinner in hotel's restaurant but the bar was still open. Bartender served me three kinds of beer as well as several liquors free of charge. I was very hungry afterwards and almost missed breakfast, and the waiter baked three extra buns for me. They treated me here like at home.
