a cousins gathering to celebrate several birthdays…80 in Germany is a special event…the hotel is classic and originated as such in 1850…paint and trim kept up with the classic architecture and style….the food and service were classic and excellent…the breakfast buffet solid in its variety of breads, brotchen, cheeses, meats and cereals.
coming from California we found the heating systems could have served better. good hot water and shower in the room.
Nice atmosphere, ideal location in the centre of town. The garden behind the hotel is a haven for birds and a quiet place to relax. Good kitchen/breakfast and friendly staff.
